They changed from normal fries to crinkle cut fries. They used to have the best fries in town. Now it’s not worth it.

I went on 2/2/24 they didn’t put corn nuggets in the bag so I called to let them know that ! Ok I went today for a spicy meal and I went inside this time, Well guess what… they still did not put the Damn remake of corn nuggets in this order. RIDICULOUS!!!! Also has I’m sitting here eating my Spicy Meal I have NO ROLL!!! You tell me how you would feel if this was you. Also after I ordered the girl walked off without giving me my Cup for the Drink. You wanna get some bad service just go here, I don’t even want another Remake. It’s awful to be done this way and I truly Hope the corporate office looks at this. Poor damn Service.

OMG the UWU meal was the best and with the your mom sauce and this is totally a 40 year old that likes Chicken Express, and again thanks for the nice UWU meal I hope to come here again with the same thing. ps don't run out of your mom sauce

The Weatherford Chicken Express just lost a long time loyal customer. I ordered a 3 piece catfish combo today for lunch. Their prices are really high for this item but I pay it because it's good. I asked for 3 tarter sauce packets and only got two. When I reminded the clerk she told me they charge for them. I've been eating at this location and others for years and always order the same thing. 3 fish, 3 tarter sauce packets. I asked if they were willing to lose a longtime loyal customer over 25 cents, it's the principal of the matter. I was told it is my choice. I replied that no, it's your choice. You choose to lose a loyal repeat customer that's willing to spend 14 bucks for fast food. All over 25 cents. Then the young man who walked up and was standing beside the female clerk said "YEP!" I made them take their food back and give me a full refund! I'll never set foot in another chicken express!

I did the drive up order where you park to get your order. The person over the intercom was kind and professional. The gentleman that brought my order was very pleasant as well. Our food was hot and fresh. The chicken was juicy and very savory.
