I recently brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers for a diagnostic, and I was very disappointed with the experience. During their work, they unplugged my sensors and rethreaded my air intake bolts but forgot to reconnect everything properly. As a result, multiple codes began appearing, yet I was told I needed additional diagnostics instead of having the initial issue corrected.
Additionally, I have a specialty wheel lock tool that was used by the shop but never returned. This tool is not easy to replace, and losing it caused me significant inconvenience and expense.
On top of all this, as the owner, I ultimately had to correct the issues myself that were caused by their mistakes.
Overall, I feel the shop mishandled both the diagnostic process and my personal property. I expected professionalism and care, but instead I left with more problems than when I arrived.
****UPDATE**** — The General Manager called me the following Monday (08/25/2025) to resolve the issues I initially was concerned about. I am being fully reimbursed for my lost wheel socket lock & they took full responsibility for everything that happened + providing me a complimentary oil change. Thank you for being so prompt!

Christian Brothers in Weatherford, deserves a great review. I went into the shop with an air conditioning problem. The air was cold on the passenger side, but warm on the drivers side. I had taken to another shop a month before with the same issue. The other shop told me that checked for leaks, put dye in the system, and found the condenser was leaking. $1500 later, they said it was fixed. They kept it a week for repairs. Two weeks later, it’s doing the same thing. So, I took it to Christian Brothers, because I figured the old shop would tell me it was something new and charge me again for everything. Christian Brothers took it in on Wednesday evening, late in the day. They updated me through texts, with everything they were doing, and where they were, in the process. By Friday morning they had determined the Schrader valves were leaking…. something the previous shop should have found, and fixed. Friday morning, they quoted me an estimate via text. I spoke with them on the phone, and they told me it would be ready that afternoon. By 4:00, it was ready to go! Cold air again on both sides. Wow, 2 days instead of a week! Their communication throughout, was outstanding! It’s so great to have someone, in this day and age, communicate with the customer, to let them know what’s going on! You have a satisfied customer, from this point on! By the way, the pricing was 1/3 of the previous shop. Kudos to everyone I talked to in the shop. They were all very helpful, professional, and courteous. Amazing how a little communication is such a positive thing with the customer.
Another plus, they give a discount for being a AAA member. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for.

This company is a real good place to go to have any repair done all the staff as well as Jose/Jimmy are really good & knowledgeable & very patient with there customers thank you again for taking good care of my vehicle at the Weatherford TX

Recently got in the habit of reading and trusting reviews before calling. Seems the bad reviews always have more merit than the good ones. There's some really sad ones here.
Called on getting an alignment and was a bit shocked at the high price of the alignment, the appointment was 5 days out. Tell me you don't want my business without telling me you don't want my business

Had an alternator and battery replaced. Very high tow charge, was charged 175 just to inspect vehicle for issues. Told them what the issue already was. The total cost was 1300. Got vehicle back and infotainment screen no longer works. Their response was that we could fix it, but at cost, we are not responsible for other issues regardless of whether it happened here or not. Was extremely rude and condescending to my ex-wife. Completely unacceptable service, will never return!

Seamless service from start to finish. Kerwin was my first contact. His kindness and professionalism were top shelf. He set me up with a tow and appointment on day one. Christian Brothers connected me with a towing company and were able to add their fee to my final ticket. My service technician who was Tim, had invaluable knowledge regarding my Mercedes C Class 250. He was able to pinpoint the electrical issue quickly and got the Benz up and running. My service advisor Jose kept in constant communication with me regarding all of the steps necessary to get my vehicle back on the road. He walked me through some issues that were going to need attention in the near future. His overall courteous demeanor made me feel as though I made the right choice selecting Christian Brothers. The shop foreman Charlie has got a smooth running operation. His teams efforts have made me a lifelong customer.
Thank you CBA Weatherford, you guys are rock stars!

Need to be better at Customer Service. They never updated me on my car throughout the day like I was told. When I arrived none of the Options worked, I sat there being over looked by the mgr or Owner, he said he would go out and check on my car , then he said oh I forgot! Josea said I will talk to my GM on Thursday because he’s out of town. Only to give me more B.S. they make it sound like they will help you with your Car situation. They could care less. The real awful thing is, When I was leaving Not 1 person said Thank you or Nothing…. I heard them talking about another Customer “Rudley “ and that’s not good. Not one guy or Mechanic even mentioned anything about the report .So I left with questions and Confusion. Waist of time and whatever they charged me for. Poor Service!! I did not know this place had so many Bad Reviews! I should have looked at the reviews before I went to this business.

I really don’t like to leave a bad review, however I feel that it is warranted in my case. I took my 2009 Honda in with power steering issues. After being in the shop for 4 working days, and $4000+ later, my car was released to me. The car didn’t feel “right” from the start. Within 1 day, my power steering was worse than before.
I live in another city and used this location cause I was visiting Weatherford.
Since I could not get back to W’ford, I took my car to a Christian Brothers in Bedford. Within an hour they reported that something was loose in the repair causing all of my power steering fluid to drain.
The Bedford location also told me that my alternator is about to go out and recommended immediate repair. This, despite the 3 pages of recommended repairs from Weatherford, in which the alternator was not mentioned at all. At this point, I am disheartened by this experience and will be unable to trust Christian Brothers to do any repairs in the future.

Have been going to a Christian Bros shop for years (different locations). Always been happy. The Weatherford location however was a different experience. Spent $2k+ on new “brakes” and i use that term loosely. Drove off with my car squeaking and squealing like something I’ve never heard. But had me at their mercy as i was moving out of state within days. Beyond awful. Our NEW Christians Bros didn’t even know what they did or what they used on my car. Completely unacceptable to operate a business this way. Disgraceful and disingenuous…….steer clear. My two cents…..

Chris, at Christian Brothers helped me in a great way yesterday while I was stranded in Weatherford. He came soon after my call and got my vehicle started due to a dead battery, and accomodated me when I got to their shop in an extremely diligent way replacing the old with a new! Thank you, Christian Brothers in Weatherford. Always a good experience.

I would give 0 stars for the "work" done to my vehicle. Claimed they removed and tested injectors and that they supposedly took apart the transmission. Got the truck back and the transmission fluid was old and dingy. No company ever would put old fluid back into someone's transmission. And there's no way they checked the injectors as they never even took off the intake manifold to do so!! Also claimed to have replaced the ECU but all they did was take the original one out and re flash it but charged me for a whole new one! Also charged for an alignment that was never done. Paid 3k and it's as if they didn't do anything except relearn the ECU. Also when I get there my security system light is on and they don't know how to get it to go away. Would not recommend this place unless you like getting ripped off.
