There's so many good things to say. We were just looking for a place to park and listen to church this am. Really didn't think they were open but the lady who came and unlocked the gate, I'm assuming the owner, let us in early without charging us ☺️? ❤️?Jeremiah 29:11.Ty

My family usually goes to the season opener featuring the train show. This year did not disappoint! Lots of trains, not only the special setup, but also the permanent Clark Gardens outdoor G Scale layout. Of course the plants are starting to recover from the hot summer, so it is always great to see them. The favorite spot for my wife and I is the secret area under the waterfall with the wisteria. We always spend some time there together listening to the water, enjoying the cool, and the pretty view. Our other spot is the beautiful chapel where she and I exchanged wedding vows before our official marriage. We always consider that date our anniversary where we committed ourselves to each other in God's house. If anyone is looking for a peaceful stroll with nice views, Clark Gardens is a great choice!

Clark Gardens truly is a labor of love. I see the dedication and hard work that has gone into it over the years, and the story behind the build really spoke to us. The garden was much bigger than expected, and my favorite parts were: the White Garden (very emotional), the model train setup (I’m not even into trains and this part was so fun!), Conifer Way, and all the little islands in the middle of the ponds. I do believe we even got to wave at Mr. Clark as he drove by on a golf cart—the pamphlet said he is 93 and still works out there every day! That is amazing. If you live in the DFW area (or are visiting) Clark Gardens is worth a visit!

Pretty piece of land with some nice pond areas. The large scale model railroad was a treat. My family and I visited last week and it was still pretty chilly. I'll bet it is a lot prettier in the summer. We will have to plan another visit when it warms up.

Don’t be discouraged by the three stars. We had a very pleasant walk around the gardens in early March and were very aware that this was way too early in the season for many flowers. However, we have walked through botanic gardens in many cities and states and Clark Gardens has likely seen much better days. They are in desperate need of about 100 volunteers and two or three substantial sponsors/endowments. Having said all that let me repeat that it is certainly worth a visit and if we are in the area again we would go back.

Came in to visit the attractions. It takes about four hours or so to see most everything. It is very well done and quite large. It is also used as an event center, and has a beautiful chapel. The unusual item on the property is a model railroad layout that is unsurpassed. Some of the trains even go outside the building. Staff was very nice and helpful. For sure bring your camera.

Absolutely gorgeous gardens and Dog Friendly!! There is no better combination than that! : ) So glad we stopped by Clark Gardens on the way to Mineral Wells! Make sure to pick up some of their fish food when you check in to give the fish in the beautiful ponds!

OMG!! We took the 1 1\2 hour tour on the golf cart with Beverly as our guide! It... was... wonderful!! She was wonderful!! We got to see the gardens without all the walking. Mainly because we had two beautiful women in their 80's that faired better not walking! She stopped so many times and let us take pictures and told us all the history about the beginning, the owners and everything in between! What a great day!

We had our wedding at Clark Gardens and they did a great job. Everything was set up how we specified and working with Nigel, the events guy was great! Nigel meet with us prior to the wedding and took care to explain everything and make sure the venue would be set up properly. The venue is beautiful and the plants and flowers are so well taken care of. All of our guests complemented the gardens in particular! Highly recommend for a romantic, fairytale like garden setting with great staff!

Clark Gardens is a must see. To truly experience all of it I suggest scheduling a whole day. I'm fortunate to have watched it flourish over the last 15 years.Aside from the thriving ecosystem there is a wedding chapel that can be rented. There is building dedicated to an extraordinary model train display that will wow children and adults alike.

I enjoyed this place. The story behind the garden is interesting too. We took a guided tour which gave us a little more information.

One of the most beautiful gardens I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. They were even kind enough to provide a home for one of our wild rehabbed red eared slider turtles from our reptile rescue Living Wild Outside. I went and checked on her today and she is still happy and healthy. Thank you Clark Gardens for making this world a beautiful place!
