These guys are great. Assisted me in running a number of PoE cables and mounted the cameras for them. Their technician was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I highly recommend these for your business or residence.

Addend: I just found out heat & smoke sensors were wired into the alarm, but CSI never monitored for a house fire for all these years that Ive been paying for the service. Mr Fuller says Im totally wrong as wrong can be, that there is absolutely only entry/motion sensors, but you can visibly see the heat/smoke sensors on the ceilings and read the labeled wires going to the alarm box. Tech knew about fire sensors, but obviously not programmed to be monitored. Mr Fuller & I locked horns and he dropped me as a customer after much argument, where after hearing nothing for months from them about losing the ability to control the alarm remotely, I did rant & rage from sheer lack of customer support and misleading misinformation plus lack of caring. (The TC app control is a selling point advertised with the subscription fee included in the monthly fee, thus is part of the contract.) Attempts to fix my alarm were unsuccessful because a wrong programming chip was used that I kept mentioning but dismissed every time, and his sales staff pushed only a flaky intermittent WiFi as a downgrade solution for 3G being grandfathered, claiming no 5G upgrade (to which I found out 4G/LTE & 5G communication is available, then only did Mr Fuller recant to say differently than what his sales staff kept pushing). BTW Mr Fuller, I could not have dismissed an offer for a technician to visit in September as you claim, because my call nobody answered and I left my "rant" on the voice recorder out of sheer frustration and turning blue talking to a brick wall.

Avoid CSI at all cost for your personal home security needs. When the owner Scott came to our house for our initial consultation I very specifically stated that I wanted to pay full price for my equipment outright in order to avoid being locked into contracts. I payed close to $1000 dollars for the equipment specifically to avoid being locked in and Scott assured me that I was free to cancel at anytime. When the Techs came for install they had me sign paper work for the install my fault for not reading the fine print, but it has a clause for a 3 year monitoring agreement. I didn't realize this until I decided to switch providers. This company is misleading the owner says one thing but it doesn't happen. Why would you chose a company to provide security services when they don't stand by their word? CSI wants to charge $618.54 for a year of monitoring, I currently pay $200 that is locked in for life through a install yourself system. Let's talk about the equipment provided, 2 days after install the video doorbell they installed went haywire and started ringing our doorbell at 2am while I was out of town and the wife was home alone. I told them to come remove it and take it off the invoice. Their alarm portal / software is very generic and buggy not a good user experience. The Z wave functionality of their portal is a joke and a complete pain to utilize. I had them also install 3 cameras / DVR Scott talked about how great these were, and the price justifies it. They work, but the quality isn't anywhere near what was promised. All the equipment is generic from china. When getting a quote for a camera system ask for make and model numbers of the equipment do a price check for cost versus what CSI charges and thank me later. The app for camera system is also made by Chinese developers and gimmicky to setup and use. Just overall very disappointed in CSI and the way they do business.

I had an incident at my home which prompted me to install a security system. I wanted the security system asap, because of the scare I experienced. CSI was awesome! I called on a Thursday. After consulting with them and decided what configuration I would be comfortable with, they immediately ordered the equipment necessary and installed my security system the next afternoon! I was very, very happy with CSI's customer service and equipment. I feel safe in my home again. Thank you CSI!

Morgan with CSI was very professional and efficient with his time while installing our new security system. he explained everything to where we understood exactly what we needed to do. Let his personal contact with us in case we needed his help that night when we locked up. Mica in the office is also really nice to deal with and easy to work with. We totally recommend CSI as a local security provider for anyone who is looking for service.
