We used this facility for about a year. 8-9 months in, I went to pull some boxes and discovered an infestation of rat droppings along with the unit's ceiling caved in. Rats had been in several boxes, ruining hundreds of dollars worth of our belongings. Additionally, the caved in ceiling was disintegrating and leaving flakes all over our things.
We paid for insurance so I contacted management, who directed me to file a claim with the insurance provider. After several days with no updates, I contacted management again who told me they were not responsible for the damage and would not be doing anything further for us. I never heard from insurance again, so I'm not sure what we were paying for.
This facility keeps their units in a state of disrepair, does not take the appropriate measures to control vermin, sells fraudulent insurance, and takes no accountability for damages. If you are expecting your belongings to remain safe in a controlled environment, this is not the place for you.

I stored my items here for almost a year, and when I returned, I discovered my unit had been infested with rats and the ceiling had caved in. Nearly everything I had stored was ruined, resulting in thousands of dollars in damage. When I reached out to management, they told me there was nothing they could do and that, per their contract, it was my responsibility. They showed no concern or willingness to help. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Hands down best run company around.
They honor their word, the storage units are super clean and kept perfectly. Zero issues for the 1.5 years I was there. Customer service is excellent! We were treated with respect and compassion and felt like they valued us as people, not just paying customers. Mary is the sweetest and most helpful!
Fully recommend BlueSky to everyone!

Ignore the false advertising on their website, prices are not accurate at all.They will raise your monthly rate every six months until you are paying double the price their website shows.Claims it is "new customer prices" but does not state it anywhere on their site.This all occurred during the pandemic which leads me to believe they decided to just start taking advantage of their customers.Save yourself the hassle and aggravation and get a unit else where.

*WATER & SEVERE RODENT DAMAGE.*THEYLL KEEP A FULL MONTHS RENT EVEN IF YOU MOVE OUT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH and owe nothing.I started leasing here several years ago when it was Cutting Horse Self Storage. Great experience with Cutting Horse.Since then it has been purchased by Blue Sky. My experience has been *AWFUL* with Blue Sky.They have frequently and significantly raised rental rates, and done it sooner than their “possible increase every 9 months”. Nope, they raise it more frequently. They also tell you it’s required to purchase monthly insurance from them, along with trying to force their customers to buy their lock from Blue Sky. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY THEIR INSURANCE OR LOCK OR SUPPLIES FROM THEM, no matter how much they try to say you do.The WORST is that when I went to move out, I asked Mary (at front desk, MARY IS AMAZING!) when I needed to be out to avoid being charged again for a new month. She said “June 4, (Saturday) but if you need a couple 2-3 more days that’s fine because there’s a 5 day grace period.”So we got moved out June 5 (Sunday). So Blue Sky took my payment for a full month ahead and refuses to pro-rate or refund me FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH!!!That’s right. These people are CROOKS! My unit is empty for the start of the new month/billing cycle and they are KEEPING MY MONEY!That’s horrible business. They are thieves.And that’s not all.Upon entering my unit and moving out, my belongings were ruined. Severely damaged by rodents and a leaking ceiling.My antique family heirloom furniture was chewed by rats, sitting in a puddle of water because the ceiling leaked. My clothes are ruined. My books are ruined. My new leather sofa was chewed through and rats had drug my clothes INTO the bottom of my sofa and made a nest.The entire unit was covered in rat feces and urine. The guys moving me out saw a rat run across the perlin and go into the next unit through the ceiling. The ceiling also has holes in it and is sagging from water damage.I had hired professional movers to thoroughly and carefully wrap up/box all my furniture and belongings before storage, so my things would be secure and protected.My belongings were severely damaged. Some of it is irreplaceable, such as the furniture that my (deceased) father built for me as a child over 40 years ago.These people are unscrupulous and I’d strongly caution anyone about leasing here.The ONLY positive about Blue Sky (poorly managed by Arguss) is Mary at the front office in Weatherford. She does her best but they’ve tied her hands from ACTUAL customer service. Mary is amazing.Steer clear of Blue Sky or ANY facility managed by Arguss. There are tons of other options. Take your business elsewhere or you’ll be in my shoes, with them ripping you off and your belongings ruined.

I love the lady that works in the office but they literally doubled my rent this month!!!I’ve rented here for 17 years but I’m out!!! 236.00 for a 10x20 is RIDICULOUS!!!That’s a non climate controlled unit also!
