I salute the pharmacy staff at both locations as they do their best at being phenomenal at assisting all customers!! Heather and her team at target location truly have went above and beyond with a medication issue I had!!! We as a community should be blessed by having pharmacists at both locations showing compassion and concern when insurance doesn’t cooperate, medicine out of stock and the many other issues they run into!! Thank all of you guys for your dedication to us Cvs pharmacy customers!!

CVS customer service is terrible in general, but this one is particularly dysfunctional. The location I usually use was out of stock of my son’s prescription, so they sent it to this one because it showed to be in stock online. This location called to tell me they didn’t have it in stock either and advised me to have another pharmacy call to transfer it. I finally found a pharmacy that was ready to fill it, but this CVS location wouldn’t answer their phone to complete the transfer. The H‑E‑B pharmacist tried and waited on hold until the couldn’t wait any longer. I tried myself and waited for 25 minutes with no answer. Now my sick son’s prescription is just stuck at this CVS. I will happily drive an extra 10 minutes to H‑E‑B from now on if it means quality customer service.

The young asian pharmists at this location is a complete failure when it comes to advising the patient about the effect to expect from the second shingles virus shot. She did not communicate the expected pain, discomfort and sickness normally associated withe the second shringrix shot even when asked. We will not be going back to this CVS location as long as she works there. She is a real dud,

Never answers phone. There is usually only 1 person working. Pharmacy personal are rude and unknowledgable. I switched to CVS main street who are very helpful and always answers their phone.

Worst pharmacy. Six technicians, all to busy to help me. Poor young girl up front couldn't get anyone. Ummm....its not like they were performing a delicate surgery that they couldn't be taken away from. Left and went to Albertsons. NEVER AGAIN. Weatherford CVS ??????

We have used this pharmacy for years, but lately it's been a pain to get our prescriptions. The pharmacy technician doesn't know how to run insurance and has tried to charge me full price for my prescriptions the last few times I've been there. Wait times are longer now too. Will probably be switching to a different location.

This pharmacy is a joke lately, I've been on the phone forever - over 1.5 hours several times over the past few months and cannot get anyone on the phone. There is not an option to leave a message or get a call back and you cannot email the store or do the things needed on the app. It is so frustrating! Will be switching pharmacies asap.

Waited on hold for over an hour to update insurance information. Was hung up on. Decided to just drive to the store with a sick toddler. Have been in line now for 45 minutes and still haven’t been helped. There were 3 people in front of me in line when I got here.
