Idk what anyone says I went there last week with my daughter and never have I ever received such awesome caring service from a dollar general before this moment. The AC went out on my car and even though it's December it was crazy hot 80° outside and we were traveling to Fredericksburg. In the back seat my daughter was so hot her poor little cheeks and face will red and we stopped multiple times just to go inside and feel the AC. Reason stop that Dollar General looking for a fan we can connect to the car so we could survive the trip LOL unfortunately it's not the season so a lot of places didn't have anything we could use on the 3rd try we stopped at this Dollar General and unfortunately they didn't have any in stock either. As we were accepting the news about to head out the store one of the employees ran up to us with a pink small fan that can hook up to the car. It was her own personal fan she grabbed from her vehicle and gave to us for free! Like she didn't know us, she obviously needed one herself for her own car but she still helped us... AND Let me tell you! It made such a huge difference for the rest of our my daughter was able to color without her sheets flying everywhere from the windows being down. There was just so much that one little kind gestures did for us. I was so happy my daughter was able to witness the results of an selfless act. My daughter even named her lol doll after her. THANK YOU HANNAH YOU ARE A VERY BEAUTIFUL AMAZING PERSON! GOD BLESS! ❤️❤️❤️

Worst dollar general in the area. Very rude unprofessional employees. Employees will not help or offer to help. They tell you to use the self checkout so they don’t have to check you out. Store is always dirty. Employees leave carts full of empty boxes blocking the walk way and tell you to go around if you try to move one. Always out of eggs and milk. Poor leadership and management.

The frumpy large lady with the long grey hair is incredibly unprofessional. She is short with customers, condescending & rude. Any time I have encountered her I just bite my tongue.. She shouldn't be there if she hates people that much.

So I have been going into this store since the day it opened, it's very close to my house. I've seen ALOT of employees come and go. Managers as well as cashiers etc. Justin, Liz, several others. I worked in retail management/customer service for years and am currently a small business owner. STEPHANIE is ABSOLUTELY A GEM! This young lady is in that store everytime I go in there with a smile on her face and I do not ever see her standing around, she's not RUDE to the customers but not a chit chat on the clock kind. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and she deserves a raise and a promotion!! That's the kind of employee that I'd want working for me, if you ever need a job young lady I'd hire you in a minute!! Thank you for being you.

Absolutely horrible mean people that work the night shift. Especially the old lady with long grey hair!!! That woman is absolutely RUDE!! She should not be working there or anywhere dealing with customers!!! She makes me never want to go back to the store ever again. She needs to be let go! If Dollar General actually cares about customers and customer service, they will let her go! I’m shocked how absolutely rude and mean this woman is!!!
