“Good staff. They could use some help so that they can get the store restocked. Same cart had been sitting in the same spot, with the same items on it for at least 6 days.”
“I just want to give a quick kudos to your team member Jon.As I was browsing through the store I could hear him greeting and checking out customers at the register. He made sure to ask each and every customer if they found everything that they needed, if they wanted a bag , If they wanted a receipt, thank them for their business, and tell them to have a nice day. This was of course my same experience when It was my turn to check out. While this may seem like just part of his job, and what is expected, let me tell you that it is a rarity these days to receive that type of friendly customer service in a retail environment. I have gone to stores in the same shopping center, where the clerk never made eye contact, scanned my items, and handed me my receipt ,without ever asking me anything, or thanking me at all. I don't know if it is just a part of your customer service training, or if this guy has just been raised right, but I thought you should know what a treasure you have in this employee. I have worked in customer service many years and this is how its done right. Thank you !”

“Idk what anyone says I went there last week with my daughter and never have I ever received such awesome caring service from a dollar general before this moment. The AC went out on my car and even though it's December it was crazy hot 80° outside and we were traveling to Fredericksburg. In the back seat my daughter was so hot her poor little cheeks and face will red and we stopped multiple times just to go inside and feel the AC. Reason stop that Dollar General looking for a fan we can connect to the car so we could survive the trip LOL unfortunately it's not the season so a lot of places didn't have anything we could use on the 3rd try we stopped at this Dollar General and unfortunately they didn't have any in stock either. As we were accepting the news about to head out the store one of the employees ran up to us with a pink small fan that can hook up to the car. It was her own personal fan she grabbed from her vehicle and gave to us for free! Like she didn't know us, she obviously needed one herself for her own car but she still helped us... AND Let me tell you! It made such a huge difference for the rest of our my daughter was able to color without her sheets flying everywhere from the windows being down. There was just so much that one little kind gestures did for us. I was so happy my daughter was able to witness the results of an selfless act. My daughter even named her lol doll after her. THANK YOU HANNAH YOU ARE A VERY BEAUTIFUL AMAZING PERSON! GOD BLESS! ❤️❤️❤️”
“They sure do have a high turnover rate. But if you scrapbook they have a great selection of high quality low price stickers. Fair selection of office supplies, cleaning supplies, affordable food storage bags & bowls, hair accessories, really good quality light bulbs, etc.”
“If you haven't been to this location in a while, it's finally safe to go back. They have remodeled the store to be much more customer friendly and it's currently very clean. The seasonal section was rather small, but their general shopping was spot on.”
