“I just want to give a quick kudos to your team member Jon.As I was browsing through the store I could hear him greeting and checking out customers at the register. He made sure to ask each and every customer if they found everything that they needed, if they wanted a bag , If they wanted a receipt, thank them for their business, and tell them to have a nice day. This was of course my same experience when It was my turn to check out. While this may seem like just part of his job, and what is expected, let me tell you that it is a rarity these days to receive that type of friendly customer service in a retail environment. I have gone to stores in the same shopping center, where the clerk never made eye contact, scanned my items, and handed me my receipt ,without ever asking me anything, or thanking me at all. I don't know if it is just a part of your customer service training, or if this guy has just been raised right, but I thought you should know what a treasure you have in this employee. I have worked in customer service many years and this is how its done right. Thank you !”
“Wow! What a nice Family Dollar! Haven't been in a nice one in a while- this one is clean, clean, and the service folks are really personable....plus it has 2 huge bathrooms, and you don't even have to ask for a 'key-on-a-log' to get in! Takes me back....”

“I appreciate that this DT finally has a great manager! The last 4-5 years it’s been the absolute worst DT. I would have to drive to FW or Springtown. But now this manager & his awesome team are quick to stock the shelves, not just leave it in the stockroom. It’s obvious it is important to him to turn this store around. ??”
