Booked a rental, got to the weatherford location.No cars on the lot. They said sorry. I would have rather gotten the car I needed that was booked and confirmed. It’s 5pm and no other rentals are open. A real shame.

The customer service at this location is unbelievably terrible… I will say they “try” to fix things, then another BS deal comes up and they send you to another number and another number and another one… so they don’t actually do anything for you but push you off on someone else and you make the calls, you have to try and fix problems on your own!The young people answering the phones need to go through a customer service politeness class! Plain and simple I hope I NEVER have to rent from them again!!!

Recently had to rent a car while my car was in for repair. Enterprise is my go-to rental agency, both for convenience and customer service. They picked me up at the repair location, quickly processed me in and got me on the road in a clean, comfortable car in a very short time. When my car was ready for pickup a week later, I was able to leave the rental at the repair shop without any problem with the turn-in process. My deposit was promptly credited, and everything was in order. The people I dealt with were consistently professional, competent, courteous and personable. I highly recommend the Enterprise office in Weatherford Texas!

Always issues with vehicles rented from there ! This go around had one reserved for the location located in Calliber only to find out they closed that one and have not notified the insurance companies. that pushed it out four days. Finally the day they are suppose to meet at 8:30 at Calliber they had no one to meet me tI'll 11am so I was either stuck at Calliber or had to leave and come back at 11. Truck had less then a 1/4 of a tank of gas and was nasty inside and out. Now the good part is two of the four tires will not hold air and truck has no spare and it's a holiday so can't find anyone to fix ! Call their emergency road side assistance and it's overseas and the person flat out told us it's a holiday and it will have to wait till tomorrow. Wish we had another rental service in my town !! They can be crappy cause they know it's the only one in town !

I have used Enterprise in Weatherford twice now and each time, their pickup/delivery service has been very late! I even confirmed my appointment this time and they delivered the vehicle 1 hour late. This left me sitting in the waiting room of the repair shop instead of being able to go about my day. Plan to spend time waiting, if you rely on Enterprise to pick you up or deliver the vehicle.

I rent from Enterprise at CAK Airport every summer and rented at Weatherford TX recently. Very good service. My only complaint of Enterprise was when I picked up a car at Columbus and returned it at Akron and was charged $400. Not happy about that.

Top notch staff. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend highly. But, Book a few days in advance. On website I couldn't get a reservation. Said unavailable. Went to the store and they were out of cars. Was told they would have me a car by 5pm. They did. A very nice 2020 Toyota Camry. Thank you Guys!

When picking up the car every employee was super rude. When I finally became the next person in line the guy just ran out ahead of me to the parking lot and started the car and then shut the door and turned to me and started poorly describing to me the terms of the rental. As soon as I opened the door I understand why he did what he did.The car smelt so bad of smoke i got a headache just sticking my head in. This was especially inconvenient because I had already waited 30 minutes in line. He obviously knew what he was giving me and decided it was ok.Do when I went back inside they tried to play coy and had NO idea what I was talking about ad then told me the only other thing they had was a minivan, even though I drive a very small fuel efficient car. Several problems with this rental. I rented for the week, I noticed on the website that they would assist with delivering the car or pick up up per their website. I called approximately 48 hours in advance to make these arrangements, spoke to Mike and was told they were not offering this service due to covd. Ok, well this was advertised on the website as part of your covd procedures, strike one Enterprise. Picked up the car and noticed the oil change service engine soon light was on, it came on every single time I started the car, most annoying to dismiss this. When I bought it to the attention of the customer service agent, I was told this was not possible, they could not rent the car this way. So I guess the customer service agent is accusing me of lying. By the way Enterprise it was on when your agent checked it in. Strike 2 Enterprise. Next I drove alot with this car, I would be driving on the highway and all of a sudden the dashboard would light up and say a rear door was open. This would require me to pull off the highway and check the doors before moving on. Your agent did not accept that either. Strike 3 Enterprise.Too many places to get a car to have to deal with cars with problems and customer service people who decide what I say must be a lie. Thank you for the experience Enterprise, there won't be another one.

Several issues with my rental. First off the website says it will pick you up for your convenience or deliver your car to home, work or body shop to "increase safety for employees and customers" during covid. It says just call in advance to make that arrangement. I did almost 48 hours in advance of my rental. Spoke to Mike, and was told they WERE NOT offering that service because of covid. Ok, first problem. Picked up the Nissan Altima I rented for the week. The service engine oil change light kept coming on the entire week I had the car. Told them about it when I brought the car back and was told that's not possible we could not rent the car out if that was the case. Really, I'm presuming your accusing me of lying. It was on when they checked it in. Ok second problem. Next I would be driving and the dash would all of a sudden light up and say a rear door is not closed. Now I would be highway driving and it is mighty inconvenient to pull over and check the doors. Nope they insist that did not happen either. Ok third problem, 3 strikes and you are out. Thank you Enterprise for not living up to what's on your website, poor customer service and accusing me of lying. Many rental companies to choose from, Enterprise WILL NOT be one I will consider ever again. And most especially this office.
