Fantastic place, they took great care of my Senior horse (needed a cardiac workup). I was able to arrange it even while living in Australia - the vets were amazing and made everything easy. Prices were actually a bit lower than originally quoted, which was a relief! And when I found out I had an overdue unpaid invoice (it was lost in our email systems, I think), they were extremely kind and understanding, and we got it resolved without problems. These are good people and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Dr. Reese Hand and his team (especially Alicia!) are amazing! I was referred to him from 12 hours away and would gladly make the trip again, without hesitation, if needed. He is incredibly knowledgeable, an excellent diagnostician, exceedingly gracious, and takes the time to make certain owners understand what is going on with their horse. You never feel rushed or that he doesn't have time for your questions. He truly works to help your animal and make sure you know how to best help your animal going forward.

WARNING!These people do bad business and will rip you off!Dr. Ali Broyles, DVM, DACVS-LA is as dishonest as they come!We agreed to 3 and only 3 radiographs during a pre-purchase exam. She insisted on taking more, and we said no. She then said she'd take more, but only charge us for 3. We thought, oh, how nice- maybe she's trying to make up for missing our first scheduled appointment and then being an hour late to the rescheduled appointment? NOPE. She charged us for 5 radiographs. When we got the bill, we thought it was a mistake, so we called multiple times to clear it up- and they refused to remove the charges.I put up with their over-the-top prices because I thought they were a good vet. Nope, just another dishonest, scammy business who's willing to rip off clients in order to make a buck.the only good thing about this place is you can normally get an appointment immediately- Now I know why!

Dr Marsh is great, keeps my horse pain free!

This vet is responsible for breaking my horses tail which is then causing him to become impacted on a regular basis. They will not take responsibility for this even though they caused the issue. After a second opinion it was determined that the problem will not resolve, and my horse is being put down tomorrow. It is extremely difficult to even get ahold of one of the vets. DO NOT USE THIS VET IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL.

Where do I start?I called and asked for a next day exam for health check of a horse I’d just got as the owner needed her gone ASAP.The only reason for 2 stars rather than 1 is that they accommodated a farm call last minute and the office staff were very responsive.I came and picked up the horse, at least 100lb underweight, terrible rain rot, thrush in all 4, saddle sores, one hock twice the size of the other from an old tendon injury, back tender and sore. Anything but healthy, luckily she has nothing I won’t be able to take care of at this point other than the old tendon blow out injury and possibly the back issues. I could have a lame horse and the vet gave me absolutely NO CALL. I had to go through the office admin to find out what type of supplement to get her to a healthy weight.Make sure you are present during the vet check because I’m pretty sure she went, got coggins, gave her vaccinations and left. There’s no way she/he could have missed the rest with a physical and I should have been notified.
