I was in a pinch time wise and had already spoken with 4 other storage units, all of which were operated over the phone and not in person, if they weren’t closed. Monica on the other hand was incredibly helpful and got me exactly what I needed for the right price and was very time efficient about it as well. She deserves a raise!
