We started with a smaller unit and upgraded to a bigger unit. Both Monica and Kristy were very helpful. Kristy helped us pick the best unit and was super sweet to our grandkids who were with us. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Super convenient online signup. I was able to book the unit online and had access to my unit with lock waiting inside the unit when I arrived. Made for an easy transition during my move without a timely stop in the office. Unit was clean and ready to go!

I called 3 times with no answer, because of phone internet service issues. They called me right back. Did not expect that ! I asked a lot of questions. Kristy was very nice & helpful. She researched information and called me back with a response I did not expect. I have not had this kind of great customer service in YEARS!! Also the facility is clean & well maintained.
