I went in today to drop off a fedex package. The cashier c add led the manager to the front to accept it. She came right up, took my package, showed the cashier how to accept it herself and I was out if there in no time at all.

I am giving them one because it won't allow me to give them 0. The lady at the photo area was the rudest of all the rude people I have ever seen. The worse service I had in any Fedex location. I am agree with all the bad reviews because its really that bad. We are not lying.

They deliver my packages to the wrong address, everytime! Funny UPS can find me, Amazon can find me. And there is no direct number to call to correct this!

Lady for FedEx and Walgreens manager extremely mean spirited people. Took in FedEx paid medical envelope which I was told by 800GoFedex that Walgreens is where to drop it off. Both FedEx lady and manager at Walgreens where very nasty towards me. Saying they couldn’t take my package and being very unprofessional and being very unkind. I was in such shock that two human beings would act in this manner. Shame on Walgreens and FedEx for allowing people like this to represent their business.

Honestly I will never in my life is Fed ex they have horrible customer service. They do not care for your package. They delivered my package to the wrong address I’ve been calling all week no one knows what they are talking about. They transfer you to the next person and just keep transferring you. I hate this delivery service!!!!!!!!!!
