if i could give no stars i would this place is horribly ran and has hired some extremely ignorant staff members who literally have no clue what they are talking about and have no sense of time management this is why i always take my cars do discount for tires and if anyone needs an a amazing local mechanic that warranties his work please reach out to me do not use the trash shop

Dishonest and unprofessional! Took my 16 year old daughter's SUV in for an alignment and 3 days later they tell me its done, but then I had to get it towed home. They lied about doing the alignment, and made it worse! lied about not being able to print anything, and told me someone put the steering rack in wrong... you mean GM when it was built? because the steering rack has never been touched. The guy upfront finally admitted they did not do the alignment. He said "our guys don't know how to do alignments on older vehicles" (it is a 2007 chevy) and suggested I take it to the firestone 40 min away because they have more experienced techs. I need to trust that when I pay a "professional" to fix something my daughter drives that it is done right or in this case at all! they can not do a basic alignment, but can lie a lot! Now I have to pay another shop I can tow it to and hope nothing is damaged.

One of the customer service employees was awful, talked really fast and mumbled. could not understand what they were saying and would not engage with any questions I had. Service received was awful. The alignment was worse than when I dropped it off, they didn't bother to tell me I needed drums and rotors. They didn't check my check engine light. I'm going to have to make an appointment with another shop to double-check all of their work and to redo the alignment I cannot even drive the vehicle for fear of tearing up the tires. Firestone doesn't offer good service anymore at all at any of their locations I've been to many many locations and am left disappointed every time. 10 plus year customer is now gone but they don't care because of the sheer volume that they get.

The crew at Weatherford were great to work with. They explained everything to me and I trust them for all my automotive needs! Best thing is I can visit Firestone nationwide and my info is all there! Thank you guys!

I moved to weatherford in 2021. Have used this Firestone exclusively. Gave this Firestone a shot even after having some issues at other locations. All was good for awhile. Fast forward to 2023 and you’re lucky to get a call telling you they have completed the work. Along with servicing my work truck, I have brought my personal vehicles to that location as well. Had my oil changed and asked them to check my brakes. Again no call to let me know the work had been completed. Upon my arrival the gentleman at the counter was brush and borderline rude. I asked if they had a chance to examine the brakes. I was told yes and that they were fine. So why 45 days later I take it back to them and they say yeah they were all bad. We repaired the front brakes but out scan tool won’t allow them to put the truck in service mode to repair those. Btw your pads on the back are metal to metal and you need to take it to a dealership. Anyone who works or has worked on cars knows the rears don’t wear as fast as the fronts. But 45 days later they are metal to metal. Needless to say I took pictures the week after I left the last time for comparison. I’ve been advised to go to the BBB and Firestone corporate to show that they didn’t even look at the brakes the first time. So in closing I won’t be taking my 4 personal vehicles or work truck back there. Also got ahold of my fleet services with this. Waiting on the national accounts guy to call or email me. Sounds like we are getting rid of Firestone as a whole off our fleet service providers.

Took 3.5 days for a 7 hour job with an appointment. Fixed my ac but left me with a broken display screen. When I went back in, they recommended I go to a dealership to have it reprogrammed because they don’t work on that kind of stuff. So after paying them $1800 to fix my car, they left me with more problems to fix. Save your car and your money, don’t bring your car here.

My daughter went to get a tire fixed an hour before the store closed. They told her that they couldn’t possibly get it in because they were about to close !! Won’t give them any business in the future!!

I didn't have my lug nut key but they were able to replace my tires anyway. Before I left my car was making a funny noise, the mechanic was able to pin point the issue and fix it right away. Service was friendly and price was fair.

I have brought my fleet vehicle to the Weatherford, TX location multiple times and every single time, not all the tasks are performed. The last 4 times, i have marked my tires to see if they have been rotated and they don't get done. I have to go back in and have them do it and get attitude about it. I was told yesterday they are short handed. I understand being short handed but don't say you did something and charge for it of its not done. The work order said my air filters were dirty but when I opened my glove compartment,not a single thing was moved so did they assume it was dirty cause my vehicle has 57,000 miles on it? I hope and pray the actual oil change was performed. I will not be back and will tell my coworkers not to go there either. I will also be reporting this to Donlen.

They were very busy and had someone out that day. I had a 10:00 appointment and they tried to get me in quickly, because I had 320 mile trip to get home that day. Everyone was friendly and they did a great job.

All in all a quick and painless experience. Was met at the door and staff was friendly. Store was fairly clean. Car was done in a reasonable amount of time, with an appointment made a day before.
