Branch manager Nakia was very help and was able to explain what happened and was able to fix the issue and is the best manager ever and I won't go to another bank.

There is no doubt that with people like Desiree this Bank will thrive.
Her professionalism, accuracy and efficiency is always breathtaking.
This lady is so good at her work actually she easily deserves a 1000 stars.
I have seen her handle herself perfectly under intense pressure from customers whether they are complaining about something or simply just mad for nothing, she smiles and remains kind and respectful.
And she is always smiling, a perfect quality for a banker
She is GOLD to this Bank and l am sure she has raised the status of this bank and still continues to.

Use to be a great bank with great people. Been with them for 10 years for them to tell me they can't cash my check that they have cashed before. They cashed a check from this person awhile ago. So even with proof that we have used this person before they said they can not do anything with the check but put it on a 5 day hold!! 5 DAYS!! I worked 5 days just to get it!! I have a bank so you can deposit my money and get some cash but I show up and get told I can't help you. I am very disappointed in the staff. Do better!

Jessie went above and beyond to helpe get my account, app, and alerts set up in minutes. I spent 4 years without alerts, but now thanks to Jessie, my app works, I can see my balances without logging in, I know when someone makes a charge, and I can feel comfortable knowing I'm not missing any fraudulent charges. Thanks Jessie!

I highly recommend this branch over the Hudson oaks one, hands down for new manager mellissa and Samantha teller who went over and beyond to fix my situation! Will be coming to this branch instead since Hudson oaks has serious issues.

Hudson Oaks mangers, very helpful setting my account up, in trying times! The only thing i don't like is having to go inside Walmart to bank. Before i withdraw savings to get a car, i was given some checks, after tho' they charge .50 cents per check. was told i could get them free at 1st, then they charged. Other wise id give 5 stars. The line inside Weatherfords bank is long & time wait is the worst! No social distancing, people not wearing masks, and touching you inline... ew. No thanks! I need a new bank now.
