I HATE having to deal with any of the employees at this branch. They are all rude and don't like to do their job. They are even to lazy to put deposit slips in the night drop-off box. I go out of my way to go to a different branch where at least get treated with respect and they know how to do their job.

Set your watch back 30 years to deal with FFB. Just miles behind any other bank. Long waits for service in person or on the phone. They have an App that you can download but you can't sign up to use the app through the app. LOL.. Rates are high high for checking/loans etc. People are friendly.

This is the worst branch of FFB! They could care less about their loyal account holders and do nothing to help their customers. You can literally drive to any other branch and have a positive experience after N. Main refuses to help you. It’s unfortunate that they are only a mile away from me because I will never walk in this branch again. The corner office needs to be cleaned out. Very unprofessional. If it wasn’t for incredible customer service at the south main branch I would have canceled my commercial and personal accounts and found a new bank after numerous issues that were immediately resolved by the south main team.

My wife had negative 3 dollars in account and I added 35 dollars to make it positive 31 dollar s she goes to use the account they tell her she's negative 8 something I go to talk to them they tell me I can't because I'm not on the account what I crock when I presented them with her card finally they fixed the problem

I've been using this bank for over 5 years and they've been great. I have car loans and a couple accounts, definitely will not be switching anytime soon.

Horrible customer service. Terribly ran branch. . Not helpful at all. One teller was rude. I'll admit I got mad and told them what I thought. But it's still a terribly run operation.

Don't bank with these people ever. My mother is 70 years old and I decided that it would be nice to treat her to Christmas dinner at a nice restaurant. Would you like to know what my Banks response to that was? I made sure to check the account before we went to go eat and it showed a positive balance of $53. Afterward of the meal came to $28 and change which I totalled up to 30 as we do not make that much but I still wanted to show appreciation to our server. Afterward later that evening I checked the account and we had positive 17. This morning however I woke up to a negative balance of $28. when questioning them on this their reasoning was that this program is set up so that the payments go in at different times and when posted can affect the account differently. BS jargon that basically means they can screw with your money however they please. I've spoken to them on the phone and in no uncertain terms tell them that I will be reporting them and taking our business elsewhere if they do not correct this. This posting and many others will be made in response to their decision. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the elderly. If money is the root of all evil you have to wonder about the humanity of those corporations that hoard it such as Banks. I guess it's their way of wishing us a Merry Christmas. I hope all their gold turns to coal
