I drove over an hour to come here. I am new to archery (I have not shot a bow since I was a teenager) and am trying to get into bowhunting. I brought in a super old compound bow to get it tuned and Randy and Mr. D are awesome. They got me set up, showed me the process, and helped me to shoot it for my first time. They took the extra steps and care needed. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Brittany is the Best!!! I took my Killer Instinct crossbow in for the 3 year warranty inspection and she took care of everything even turning the paperwork to killer instinct and got it done in one day. I am so grateful to have an Awesome archery shop with a Friendly and Helpful staff right here in Weatherford.

My friends and I have been coming to Fort Grard Guns and Archery for the last 4–5 years, and there’s a reason we keep going back. These guys are the absolute best at what they do. The bow techs here are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about archery. What sets them apart is that they’re always eager to help—not because they’re trying to upsell you or make a quick buck, but because they truly care about getting you set up right.
They take the time to answer questions, tune your bow, and make sure everything is dialed in without nickel-and-diming you like some other shops might. The entire facility is always spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. Whether you’re new to archery or a seasoned hunter, Fort Grard is the place to go. I couldn’t recommend them more.

They’re family owned and are super helpful. I’ve been shooting there for years indoors and at their amazing outdoor course for 3D targets. There is really nothing you can’t be helped with here, they have every thing. I can’t even say how grateful I am to have such amazing people so close. No words can really say how appreciative I am of Fort Grard.

I came in late on a Sunday with a bow bought from another dealer. The bow had some issues that the other dealer wouldn’t take care of. Mr. Grard had it dialed in and shooting bullets in no time. He let me be a part of the entire process showed me everything and explained in detail what was wrong and what he was fixing. I was shocked at the level of service and detail he provided as that hasn’t been my experience in most shops. They have an extremely satisfied customer in me that will be returning for any and all my archery needs.

Fort Grard is awesome! I got a membership for the archery range and try to come practice as much as I can. Really great friendly staff and patrons.

I can’t not say enough good things about this business. The staff is amazing and the owner is there every time I have been in and is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. If you need anything archery related I would definitely recommend them!!

Very nice for the archery and gun enthusiast. There are several types of targets... Indoor and outdoor. Looking at the schedule, they offer many different courses/competitions/camps for all ages. They do offer bow/arrow repair on site. We came for a private camp... Did not get to use/see all of the amenities.

I went there to pick up a gun I ordered and ended up having a great experience. I met the owner and his daughter and they couldn't have been nicer people. Their prices on ammo and other items were more than fair. The owner showed me his leather working which was quite impressive. I will definitely be back.
