Bought a brand new washer and dryer, after 3 loads the washer dumps water all over the floor. Called and talked to Mike about warranty and he would not listen to me and kept talking over me trying to send me to G.E. service. I didnt want service I wanted warranty. I'm not paying to have a new product serviced. Tried to call back and get a manager only to be told no. Best Buy does not stand by their products and customer service gets a ZERO!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER BUY AN OPEN BOX LENOVA CHROMEBOOK!!!!! we went to Best Buy to get me a Chromebook and they said that I had a one-year warranty. Well we went in today and they said that it had a 15 day warranty. We took it in because some of the keys weren't working that was probably why it was returned as an open box and they sold. Is it broken and they said that there is nothing that we can do you have to pay so many hundred dollars to get it fixed

I was looking to buy a portable cd/radio boom box but they dont have them at the store. They want you to order it , pay for it and then it is shipped to the store. You cant see it , hear it , check out any functions on it at all. They just want you to blindly buy it like a dufass and hope its what you want. That is one of the stupidest things going on. It should be illegal !!!!

Called Weatherford Branch, and they told me to bring in my computer to drop off .. Stood in line for over 1/2 hr line never moved had only 1 employee and when i finally got someone ,they said I had to make and appointment on line to do a drop off.. Remember Geeks are awesome, but they have not so good customer service skills

Changed over from Verizon to ATT and had nothing but problems getting everything setup and straightened out. Tiffany M. Was extremely helpful and spent an extreme amount of time helping us take care of this frustrating situation! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Although I was not charged a fee, they said they are certified Apple repair facility, but unable to even open a Macintosh laptop to swap out an internal hard drive. They supposedly "tried" to recover data off my hard drive on a MacBook that loops back to restart. To get my business , this Geek Squad slandered Apple to say they are so much far superior than Apple themselves and said Apple cant work on my MacBook because if its age, and Apple will also refuse service. That is totally slandering Apple, who said my computer is not even vintage much less obsolete, and told me how to try to fix my computer on my own to not incur costs. Geek Squad is more like Dorky N*** Squad. I asked them if they tried what Apple suggested, but they admitted they really dont know anything about Apple and never really tried to fix my MacBook.
