But let me tell you a little something about the yoga instructor, Juli Mae..very knowledgeable when it comes to breath work, yoga and providing an environment you can feel seen, heard and safe in. She has taught me how to release stored trauma from my body, a fast track to healing you could say. Her sound is flow is pretty tough but so worth it.”
