They had no vehicles for their customers and not willing to have any delivered one customer had a reservation and other customer had problems with power going out in their car and were told to drive to Dallas sorry about their luck if car broke down. I know I will never use Hertz I will stick with enterprise

This place charged us almost $200 in insurance after we sent them our auto insurance and over drafted us during the covid virus. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
