“Great customer service. I have order 2 beverage coolers from Home Depot online and shipped to my home. Unfortunately UPS abused both shipments. Both items have arrived damaged. First one had a damaged handle. Went to customer service. They called their online ordering department and said they would try to get in touch with the manufacturer and see if they could only ship a replacement handle without me returning the whole unit. Since the unit almost weights 100 pounds I wasn't too excited to load it up and return to the store. Within a week I was contacted by the manufacturer. New handle arrived the following week. Unfortunately the unit did not want to cool properly and had to return it. No questions asked. Refund issued quickly. I then ordered another cooler (different brand). UPS did there best imitation of an airline baggage handler. There was some apparent damage on the outer packaging on the top corner. The box inside appeared Undamaged. However upon opening the inner box the box had apparently been dropped on a corner. The unit was bent so severely that even with the leveling feet it would not level. Again I took it to the store. The lady in customer service asked if I wanted to order another. She recommended I send it to the store and they will unbox and inspect if their appears to be any shipment damage. I think I will try that next time.”
“We went here today looking for floor tiles for our bathroom. We were trying to match existing tiles. We were not able to get tiles there but I wanted to give a shout out to the young lady working the flooring section today at 11:00 who tried very hard to help us. She gave me some advice on adhesive and grout. Very helpful.”
“Dealing with Home Depot employees is a pleasure. Alanna in online orders (customer service) went the extra mile to help me save $$ and complete an online order that I otherwise would not have been able to do. She was very helpful, courteous & understanding. That same evening Aubrey at the Pro Desk provided professional and exceptional service and advice. Three days later had to rent a small trailer, called rental close to closing time to schedule the rental for 6 am the next day, Jane was super helpful. The next morning, dealt with Devon in rental, in spite of the heavy rain, he went above and beyond to get me setup. All customer-oriented, helpful folk.”
“I must say, I don’t know who the manager is.. But this woman deserves a raise or at least some recognition .Ms.Debbie Hodges Is outstanding. She has some of the best customer service I Have seen in my entire life.. She’s always happy, always helpful.. And she shows me where Lowe’s has the best deals. I must say I feel at home at this store..
