This is a nice and quiet, no fuss rv park that provides the essentials with 30 and 50 amp hookups, laundry, a rec room, and a dog park. Cabins or 'tiny homes' are also avaliable here.
The dog park is a large pasture area big enough for our lab to run at full gallop in. It is fenced in with wire fencing that our pug can't get through. It includes shade trees and a picnic table. It easily accomodates multiple large breed dogs at a time.

What I’ve really appreciated about Hooves and Wheels RV Park is the welcoming setting. The park is pet-friendly, with a nice dog park where my pup can run and play. Each site has full hook-ups, there are plenty of trees for shade, and the property is kept clean and comfortable. They also have tiny homes for rent, of which I lucked into getting one. They don't come available very often.
The basic amenities such as the laundry facility, onsite propane, and clean bathrooms, definitely meet the need when staying for longer stretches.
Mary, the park manager, is wonderful. She’s warm, friendly, approachable, and makes sure the park continues to run smoothly. Micheal does a great job overseeing maintenance and providing night security, which really adds to the feeling of safety here.
Overall, this park is quiet, friendly, and has everything I need to feel at home. Between the people, the amenities and it's close location to town, it’s a great place to stay around Weatherford.
If you're looking to stay a night or long term, take a look at Hooves and Wheels RV Park! I would recommend this park to anyone!

We love the Hooves and Wheels RV park. Whenever my husband has to come here for work, my first call is to Mary in the office to make sure they have a spot open for us. Mary always goes above and beyond to make our stay great. The new washer and dryers are fabulous. You can use the app on your phone to see status of the room and to pay. The sunsets are just breath taking. They have a nice dog park for the dogs. Everyone is so nice it is our home away from home. There is still a horse barn, but they no longer offer the boarding of horses.

People are nice. Lots of singles. Nice laundry room and bathroom with showers. Horses are boarded here, WiFi and a few miles from Weatherford.

We had a wonderful experience at Hooves and Wheels RV Park. Our truck’s intercooler hose failed just south of Weatherford in August at 6:00pm. We slowly drove into town to make repairs and stopped at Hooves and Wheels. The office was closed, but Mary gave us all the information we needed to pick a campsite over the phone and told us we. could settle up later.
We were able to purchase parts, repair the truck, get a good nights rest, and continue our trip next morning.
Also want to give a shout out to guests at the park who helped! Thank you so much for getting us settled and checking on my husband as he made repairs. You were all a God send!!
