They never filed our return after paying around $3,000. They created a duplicate Account without our knowledge and only reached out via that account. Meanwhile, the account that we had access to said everything was fine. We only discovered our taxes were never filed this year when trying to file our own, so we reached out for help and they never returned our call. After finally getting in touch and explaining the situation again They finally filed our taxes for 2022, and as of today we found out what they filed was rejected. We still haven’t been able to file our taxes for 2023 because of H&R Block’s negligence. I asked for a refund of the $400 filing fee because they never filed, but they are only offering me a discount for this year‘s service, and it goes without saying we will never be using H&R Block ever again, so the discount is no help. We could be penalized for being late this year, because of H&R Block’s , lack of communication and poor filing services. Would definitely not recommend…
