Music in the restaurant was excessively loud. This is a rough environment. If you are seeking a fun restaurant to socialize with family and friends, this restaurant is not it.

If i could leave zero stars i would , came in to have breakfast and waited for about 20 - 30 minutes for server and nothing , and we even asked other workers and still nothing will never come back

One of the waitresses was sitting on the food counter and our food was delayed twice. Never had this happen at an IHOP before and my buddy and I were the only customers there.

Decided we needed a change and I-Hop was perfect. Our server was very attentive.Didn't take long to get our food.Food was delicious.I had the chicken salad dish and my hubby had the Breakfast sampler.

Your music is horrible!!!! We are not in a night club. What happened in the last 2 weeks. Things at this location as far as atmosphere suck.

The service was outstanding. The most considerate and perceptive server I have ever worked with is Shawna. Gorgeous as well! The toilets needed some TLC, and the cuisine was mediocre at best.

I placed an order last night for pickup of crepes and a chocolate shake. The crepes were covered in whipped cream as was the chocolate shake topped with whipped cream that was absolutely spoiled and broken. I called the next morning to speak with the manager to see if they would issue a refund as the food was completely inedible and I was simply told they don't do refunds.There were no other efforts made to make this right. As a manager in the restaurant industry for the last 15 years I know there are multiple ways to go about making a customer happy especially when the fault is yours and food is inedible.Sadly I most likely will not return to this restaurant and this has been the go to spot for myself and my family since we've moved to town.Food quality and customer service should certainly be higher priority. As a manager you should be embarrassed that your restaurant served spoiled food and address that issue immediately, also making it right with your customer should be more important than a few bucks.

We came for breakfast to get the kiddos pancakes. Everything was fine. I had eggs and bacon and some pancakes. My husband had the new egg biscuit thing on the cover of the menu. It fell completely apart. Food was decent. I prefer breakfast at home unless it's something sweet!
