NEVER go to the hair salon here! The hair dressers bully each other AND clients. The management over the hair salon is so disgraceful, that they drove one of their employees to quit because of constant torment and bullying. I truly wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to get their hair done here. Some people aren’t fit for management. DO BETTER JCPENNY!

I wish I would have paid attention & got the woman's name who assisted me today. She was wearing a long sleeve white & blue vertical stripe shirt & had long dark hair in the bra department. She measured me & helped me find the perfect fit after years of me not knowing my true size. I can't thank her enough. I have probably waited years because I dreaded the process but she was super helpful and it made my day.
