I can tell a lot about a person – and their character – by how they treat people who can’t “do something” for them, especially young workers.
I was at Hand & Stone in Weatherford today using a gift card, and I watched a grown man and his girlfriend practically bully the teenage girl working the front desk. She was clearly doing her best and doesn’t own the business or the payment system, but they were smirking, laughing, and belittling her in front of people.
He kept running his card before she was even ready, then mocked her when the machine asked for it again because gratuity and payment process separately. She repeatedly apologized and explained the system, and they just kept laughing at her. By the time they walked out, it was obvious they enjoyed embarrassing her.
That kind of behavior is a huge red flag for me.
If someone treats service workers like that — especially a young girl — it tells you everything you need to know about their character.
People who are truly “part of the community” don’t tear down the people working in it.
I don’t care how expensive your truck is or how good you think your business is — if you treat people like they’re beneath you, I won’t support you.

Would not recommend this dealership. Will not hold to agreed upon price that we signed. EXEC MGMT is no better. Doesn't care if customers are treated rudely and belittlied. There are many other dealers who will gladly work with you and hold to the agreed upon price and will treat you with respect.

Be careful if you plan on trading in a vehicle here. They will seriously lowball your trade-in. I did my homework and knew what my car was worth, and their offer was thousands under fair market value. Felt like they were just trying to take advantage instead of working with me fairly. Would not recommend if you’re looking for an honest deal on your trade.

One of the utility truck drivers ran me off the road on the expressway in Fort Worth.
Not out of maliciousness, but clearly out of pure incompetence and lack of awareness

almost wish I had not bought this car. 3600 for a warrAnty and would not even cover the problem.
Jeff Davis was extremely rude and condescending to me. Joe D'Angelo flat out lied to me and I have proof!!!
I hsve never bought a car that had something this costly happen in such a short time after buying the car. 1200 is something that would take me a year to save..or maybe more than a year. I can't believe this happened and for something so major not covered by the warranty, I would have thought for sure that you would make it right. I am retired and cannot afford this.
Being told this had just been rigged up by the previous owner several times and never repaired..it should have been repaired by the dealership before putting it on the lot to sell.
I am at a loss for words and really upset you won't take care of this. I feel as if you just don't care.
I honestly will.never purchase another car there and have told all my friends in Granbury to never purchase a vehicle from any of your stores.
Ill.have to drive around for a year or longer without a rear view mirror and a hole in the ceiling. For me to be paying 587 a month and having to drive around like this is just not right.
If I had known this had previously been rigged up and pushed back.up without being repaired I would NEVER have purchased the car.
I'm just so upset and so sorry I ever came to Weatherford to purchase a car from your dealership

Last month my son and I had the pleasure of meeting Albert Thomas at Jerry Durant Auto Group as we were driving home from Wichita Falls to Central Texas. We called on an internet ad for a 2017 F250 4WD, Albert sent us photos as we drove to meet him in the pouring rain. When we arrived he had the truck ready for a test drive along umbrellas and hot coffee. It was just what my son was looking for, so he speedily prepared the sales contract, took the truck to make ready, and assured us we could drive it home that day. Albert is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and has a great smile. Jerry Durant is fortunate to have someone like Albert Thomas representing them as a sales consultant. We left that afternoon with a newly detailed truck, full tank of diesel and the knowledge that we'll be back to buy future trucks from Albert!

i will say i am very happy and surprised with my purchase.
Every used car i’ve gotten looks good on the lot… no lights on the dash or anything. then when i drive it after a week or 2. the check engine light comes on EVERY TIME!
i did NOT Have high hopes for this car at all. ive had my car for about 3 months now and was waiting for the check engine light to come on. well guess what. IT DIDNT. i actually got a good, reliable, used car! they don’t reset the dash to make it seem like everything is good on the lot like all the other places!
I have and will continue to recommend this place to my family and friends.

My wife is the only driver of her 2022 Genisis G70 and keeps it in top condition. Neither she or I smoke or drink coffee in our vehicles. The vehicle was purchased at Jerry’s Hyundai and that is where all maintenance has been performed…until now.She left the genesis at the dealership and used a loaner while parts were on order. After a couple of weeks, she picked up the vehicle. On driving it home, her throat and nose began burning from a chemical smell used to mask cigarette smoke. Upon getting the car home, she found cigarette ashes on the floor, coffee rings in the console and a nasty film on the inside of the windows from someone smoking in the vehicle. The dealership’s answer? No one in that department smokes.They suggested taking the vehicle back and letting them keep it another day to be detailed. They declined to have it detailed at our house, just a few miles from the dealership.Since someone was either driving the car or at the very least using it as a personal break room, we declined the offer to leave the vehicle with them again.We are disgusted with the service department and their response.

Bought a used Cadillac SUV at the Weatherford site. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help. Bought from sales rep. Mario R. and he couldn't have been more helpful; answered all questions and was knowledgeable. Also, this dealership is where I spent the least amount of time in a Finance office. Finance mgr was organized and promptly finished the business. Overall, a very good experience!
