Do not do business with these people. I spent 10 days or so back and forth negotiating the price of a used car with them over the phone (out of town buyer). We finally agreed on a price, and they told me they would send me the paperwork the next morning to sign. When I followed up the next morning after not hearing from them, I was told they sold the vehicle after agreeing to a deal with me. The agreed upon price with me was only $400 below their current asking price, so they basically sold the car out from under me for maybe an additional $400. I understand we did not have anything signed, but it just shows you their word means nothing. Just know that as an out of town buyer, whatever agreement you may have with them doesn't mean anything unless you've signed the papers you're at their mercy to send to you. They will sell a car out from under you if someone walks in the dealership and wants to pay just a little bit more. I will never know for sure, but it is even possible they used my agreed upon number as leverage to get the next customer to pay more for the car. It is honestly just a sad way of doing business, but that's apparently who these people are.

My experience with the service department specifically, has been good until my vehicle broke down 500 miles from home. I attempted to call Dylan (my service advisor), yet I was not able to reach him after several attempts, voicemails, etc. I went so far as to ask the receptionist to place a handwritten note on his desk letting him know it was me and what my issue was. Sure, I could have asked for whomever was available, but I've been relying on this guy for years when it come to my vehicle. Bottom line is, DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF YOURE VEHICLE HAS PUT YOU DOWN.

I paid $580 to have a 60,000 mile maintenance done. I drove out of their service center and at the first gas station I stopped at, my car broke down. I got someone to help me jump the battery. Took it to Auto Zone and they said my battery was definitely bad, probably from poor installation. My battery is only a year old so I called Jerry's and spoke to Juan. He said he would escalate it to his supervisor, but never called back. I am so disappointed and angry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

Took my truck for oil and fuel filter change. Called ahead and got a quote. Confirmed quote upon arrival. Then magically got charged an extra hundred dollars after three hour oil change. Couldn't say anything other than " well, I'm sorry" place was clean and people were friendly. Not very good communication I suppose.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Brought my 2018 Cadillac Escalade here due to the vehicle being completely dead even after having AAA come out and exchange my battery. They called and said we "jumped the car backwards and caused the cables to melt" and of course those parts are not covered under the extended warranty so it'll be $1300. My car has never been jump started so my husband asked if they could figure out what else would cause the cables to melt because it was not jumped and if we Did go ahead and exchange the cables how do we know it will not just happen again. They said no nothing is wrong, it was jumped backwards. We went and picked up the car and they charged us $175 as a diagnostic fee even tho those melted cables are literally viewable by lifting the hood and taking off the plastic cover but whatever. Took my car to a different Cadillac dealership in fortworth. Sure enough the alternator needing replacing which caused the cables to melt and battery to fry. 100% covered by my warranty. DO NOT GO HERE. Take your business elsewhere. It's a scam and they do not listen to their customers. I am so glad we took our car to get a second opinion and didn't give this company another penny.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my car in for check engine light. They says the check engine light was a transmission recall issue so they took care of that. But then gave me a long laundry list of $4,000 worth of service work. Mind you I drive a 2016 Escalade with 52,000 miles and just came out of the full warranty. Took my car for a second opinion with a certified GM master mechanic and he found one thing that needed to be fixed and it was total $800. Total scam at Jerry's. I will not be going back there for any reason.

Took my 2015 SRX in for minor warranty work....Told service department my husband was having surgery and car needed to be done and ready prior to that. NOPE! 9 days later it was done and explained we just got home from the hospital and could they help us out ...sure if we waited 5 more days they could deliver it and pick up loaner... NOPE not waiting again. Picked up a dirty car with over 3/4 of a tank of gas used and an additional 300 miles put on MY car!!! I barely drove the loaner and returned it with more gas than it had when I got it. Ken in service offered to put a couple dollars gas in the tank if I could wait another 30 minutes or so..... NO! I will NEVER Ever give them any business nor recommend ANYONE use them!!

We purchased a new vehicle for my wife in March and had a great experience. Our family just purchased another vehicle with the help of Melissa Chambers in sales who is excellent and provided one of the smoothest buying experiences we've ever had. The process couldn't have been easier! Bob Cote, the Sales Manager, also worked hard to make sure our family was well taken care of with a degree of excellence that is very rare in today's culture. Ken in service is also fantastic and works hard to make sure things are taken care of. Our family highly recommends Jerry's Cadillac. Because of our experience twice now, we regularly recommended Jerry's to friends and family members! Give Melissa Chambers a call--you won't regret it!

I visited a number of dealers in Dallas over a couple of weeks, but didn't find the car or the price I was looking for until I looked at Jerry's. The purchase experience was a breeze and everyone was extremely friendly. For me, it did indeed pay to drive the few extra miles to Weatherford.
