This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. They truly make it known that they don’t just want to sell a car. Lisa was so helpful and patient. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, even though she knew that we really wanted that car (we actually left to think about it for a few days, and still no pressure). Luis was sure to make sure that the price was right and did it with a great attitude! Mike in finance was beyond great. I was actually dreading going into the finance office bc that’s where they usually try to sell you more things to add to the price tag, but Mike was not like that at all. He had everything ready to sign and explained all of it so thoroughly. Everyone there was so personable, and all in all it was a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend getting your next vehicle from them :)

I have had multiple great experiences with Jerry's Hyundai. I have bought two cars from them and third for my daughter. I want to thank Bobby Lewis, our salesman specifically, who went above and beyond to ensure I found the right car for my needs and that it was everything that I wanted in a vehicle. He and Mike Tunstall with financing worked hard to make my purchase as seamless as possible and get me into the payment that I needed. Josh Gonzalez, the service advisor was very knowledgeable and a generally great guy who handles all our service needs. I recommend Jerry's Hyundai to everyone I know looking for a car. Thank you!

My wife is the only driver of her 2022 Genisis G70 and keeps it in top condition. Neither she or I smoke or drink coffee in our vehicles. The vehicle was purchased at Jerry’s Hyundai and that is where all maintenance has been performed…until now.She left the genesis at the dealership and used a loaner while parts were on order. After a couple of weeks, she picked up the vehicle. On driving it home, her throat and nose began burning from a chemical smell used to mask cigarette smoke. Upon getting the car home, she found cigarette ashes on the floor, coffee rings in the console and a nasty film on the inside of the windows from someone smoking in the vehicle. The dealership’s answer? No one in that department smokes.They suggested taking the vehicle back and letting them keep it another day to be detailed. They declined to have it detailed at our house, just a few miles from the dealership.Since someone was either driving the car or at the very least using it as a personal break room, we declined the offer to leave the vehicle with them again.We are disgusted with the service department and their response.

I took my Hyundai Tucson for its first service appointment, and the experience was great. The gentleman that received me was very nice, the whole appointment took less than an hours, and they even washed my car. I couldn't be happier!

I had amazing at Jerry’s Hyundai. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my needs. Jesus & Mike Really went above and beyond to help me in the best way possible I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. They literally treat you like family, this is my second time choosing them. One thing I can say these people are very genuine, and really cares about their customers, I’m grateful for all they have done for me. As a young adult and how challenging getting a vehicle can be for us.. I can say this the smoothest experience I’ve had. I’ll always have wonderful things to say about these guys. The customer service is off the charts . 10/10 God bless

Customer service was terrible. I have been doing business with Jerry’s for 8 years and never had anything but great experiences until today. The lack of courtesy was alarming from all encounters with service. No name tag on some workers, so thought it was another customer. Cashier never made eye contact nor did he explain any of the service that was provided, or what I was signing which was multiple pages. Car was in the shop for 24 hours before ever getting any updates and we called multiple times but never reached anyone. No answer at all! We finally called and were sent to voicemail where the service advisor did finally call us back several hours later. It seems the place had new construction and looked nice but the customer service did not match the look. I also read on one of the pages I signed about next service rear brakes, so I expected to see that on the paperwork and receipt I was given but no, nor was it brought to my attention when told about the issues I brought the car in for. So I have no idea if the breaks need immediate attention or if it’s normal wear and tear and how soon to expect a brake job.

Finalized the purchase an Ionic 5 yesterday. Started out with Jay as our salesman, but he was out ill when we went back, so we finished up with Jesus. Both were outstanding. They took their time and answered all our questions. Once we decided and said "yes,", we waited around for 2 hours for the "finance guy". So we left and set that part of the deal up for Monday. The finance guy was also very nice. He tried to sell us an extended warranty, and when we said no, he didn't try to push anything else on us. The whole experience (except for the 2 hour wait) was very pleasant and non-pressure. I feel we got a good deal on the car.

Jesus was easy to work with and gave us the time to show us all possibilities of our wants and needs in our next vehicle. He was patient and delivered a great customer service. This was our first experience at Jerry’s and after leasing 8 other Hyundai’s through the years, Jerry’s has now taken 1st place in our dealer choice moving forward.

I brought my 2016 Hyundai Tucson in for my elderly mother that drives it. I bought a bumper to bumper warranty when I bought the car so she would not be responsible for expensive repairs on a used car.The car was in because the rear window would not roll up. The problem was the motor. Jerry’s told me they that the repair wouldn’t be covered. This was during a busy time so I couldn’t immediately check to verify my warranty.Long story short, I knew it was covered because I got my hard copy and looked it up.. I had also used the warranty before on electronic repairs.The repair was going to be more than 1000 dollars. My mother is on a fixed income so it was going to be very hard on her to pay.The good side of the story is I went to Hyundai and the service advisor, Eddie was given the copy of the warranty and solved the problem and mother had to pay 0 as it should have been. I give Eddie five stars.I give Jerry’s 0 stars for not having the warranty in their system since the car was purchased there. On a separate note my mother had no car for around 7 days. The warranty also allows for 50 dollars a day for a rental car which she was deprived of by Jerry’s paper work management. I was not able to find out why the warranty information was not in their system. I have bought 6 cars from Jerry’s dealerships over about the last 20 years. I have always had good experiences with their sales people.Always keep your warranty information. Don’t assume they have it even in the day of computerization of everything.Cheers to Eddie for being diligent in his good customer service ability!

My experience was amazing at Jerry’s! Joanna is the one who helped us and did an awesome job at making us feel right at home. Knew everything there was to know about the car I was looking at and made the whole experience just better. I’m really bad with names but then man who helped us sign our paper work in the back was awesome as well! I’m younger so he helped me to understand exactly what I was signing and kept a smile on all of our faces. 10/10 recommend!

The girl that checked us in was very sweet. Our service guy Josh VERY RUDE!Customers understand if there’s delays, but Josh never gave us an update where they were on our car. Our appointment was for 9 am. He told us it would take 1 1/2-2 hours. So I waited instead of driving 45 mins home. At 5 hours I went and checked because he wouldn’t return our call. He told me very irritated that he had customers that had cars there for 3 days that haven’t be seen yet and there was 1-2 cars in front of me. He wouldn’t look at me either. So I told him I was going home and to call me when it’s done. I drove 45 mins home and as soon as walked in the house they called it was done. ??♀️ Not one time was I rude to him. I barely said anything. But he really needs a talk on how he talks to people and a simple phone cal to say, it’s going to take longer than expected would have been nice.

5 stars is not enough to describe the service your associate provided. He went far above and beyond what I have come to expect from the service industry. He was courteous, professional, and helpful. If this is the kind of service I can expect from this dealership, I will be bringing all of my vehicles to you from now on.

Completed warranty claim on my car. Actual work was completed to my satisfaction but scheduling and support was challenging. My car was undrivable, but they had no appointments available for 3 weeks. They had no loaner cars available and Hyundai won’t reimburse a rental car until your car is checked and confirmed to have a valid warranty claim. They didn’t look at my car until the day after the appointment and then had to order a part. So I was out a car for a month. Jerry’s should hire adequate staff to cover warranty claims in a timely fashion or at least provide a loaner when they don’t have appointments for weeks.

Generously giving 1 star because 0 isn't possible. Service department = sanctioned incompetence. Went to them against my better judgement because I had the protection plan and they were local. Mistake. 3 days after the parts were supposed to be in they still were not ordered. Still waiting. If I didn't need an OEM part I'd go elsewhere. But I'm stuck doing business at Jerry's Hyundai.
