This used to be the best place in the metroplex to take water samples for analysis until the staff had a major turnover this year. All of a sudden my chemicals were off, when for nine years I was able to balance them myself. The reading showed that only 40% of the tests were in range and the new guy wanted to sell me a lot of chemicals. I questioned the authenticy of the test when I saw they were asking me to add 97 pounds of salt to a pool, that on my end, was showing 3400 ppm. The sales clerk said it was possible the test equipment was not working properly! What the heck? Now I have to take my water somewhere else to make sure I didn't mess things up adding what they told me to add one week earlier. I was really only there to make sure the chemicals purchased a week earlier, after the results had me adding things I had never had to add in nine years, had done the trick before having a 4th of July bash. I received another long list of products I needed to buy. I bought my standard muriatic acid. That's the thing I battle with, and passed on the rest.
* I miss Gabe and Phillip. I trusted what they had to say and they both were very knowledgeable.

We’re getting our pool checked in Hudson oaks and they messed our pool up bad: after heavy cost of chemicals and still no progress went to Weatherford location and what a difference. The best costumer service and finally got our pool clear. Will never go back to Hudson oaks location. Corporate Needs to do something about this.

They did install tires the next day one of the tires was flat I called them to go there and fix it from 40 miles away and they ignore me. They told me we’re busy every day they’re not responsible for their own work Is a commercial truck used diesel,gallon of diesel is a five dollars I have to stop somewhere else and they charge me $100 for the tire take it off check it what’s wrong and to put it back on and was bad valve They’re not responsible for their own work that’s why I’m leaving this review.
