Reggie at returns apparently hates her job. She is very difficult to deal with. Never a greeting or a smile and needs to be doing a non customer relations job. we buy all the time building a house and hate having to exchange or return anything there. she's a sad person. I'm giving a 3 star as I don't dislike Home Depot or Lowes but they sure have gone downhill on knowledgeable people. All they can say is "I don't know".

Zero star if I could. Employee purposely hit me with a baracade. When I said to get manager they said they would when they were finished. I said no now another employee started yelling saying I was a bitch. Manager came and defended the employee. I should have filed assault charges.
