The manager is rude and a likes to steal money from loyal customers. I have been a metro customer since 2013 and won't be much longer if this rotund thief is not punished. She does not deserve to have a job and has more than one reason to hold her head in shame

Getting anything done here is impossible. The employees act clueless about EVERYTHING. I walked in knowing I would need info on insurance. They said they didn't know and I had to google it. Stood there and googled it and had to ask if Assurant was correct, surprise they knew the answer they made me google for. Get better employees. Those girls just sit all day long and then get irritated when they actually have to work.

Only if I could give zero stars I would. The store manger is a JOKE , literally this lady always sitting in her car and is as rude as possible. We've been using Metro for five years no issues until I had to go into this store..I had to go through Corporate to resolve the issue and had them on speaker phone to hear how she spoke to her customers screaming "Get out my store!!"Remove her from the store and maybe the reviews will be better ✌?

The manager here is horrible and talks to people with such disrespect. Never ever go here, ever.Go to the other store here in town.Your reply to this review is not helpful at all. The same manager is still there, so I will no longer go to this store until it is under new management.

Went in yesterday and both ladies, Melissa and Esperanza, were so helpful. They helped guide me to the right phone and plan for my needs. Very knowledgeable and professional i highly recommend them.

Ridiculous that the employee just wants to sit on her rear and play with her phone. Got no help with a phone issue. She was even acting bothered when I asked for basic information about insurance to replace the phone. Y'all need to quit hiring lazy folks and get people that actually care about guest service.

My phone broke at 10 am, I had a new phone by 1130. Urmila was very helpful finding me a phone that had a good camera, and was very patient with my kid (whose kinda rowdy). Worked very quickly and made it very easy.

Don't ever go here. We went there a couple of months ago they didn't activate our phones properly took hours on the phone with customer service to fix it. A month later my husband's phones speaker stopped working. Hot spot device stopped working. Metro has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! JUST BECAUSE THEY WORK THERE THEY THINK THEY CAN GET INTO THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT AND GET THE PHONE NUMBERS TO MAKE PRIVATE CALLS AND HARASSMENT CALLS!!! THAT IT ILLEGAL!!! THAT IS A LAWSUIT!!!!

I had the worst experience here than any other retail place I've been to and I'm 67 years old. I walked in and the staff were singing along to the piped music. No customers in the store yet neither staff member acknowledged me. I approached one staff member. She didn't want to be be bothered by my request for a new phone. How is this place still in business?? Judging by the lack of customers and lack of interest by the singing staff it won't be for long.
