Just called to see if the guy working there rn would go see if there was an item in stock on the shelves so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way up there cause I live 45 min out of town. He refused, told me to look it up online.One star for horrible customer service .

Broke the glass in a picture I had framed in 2016. Repaired just like new in 1 hour!!!! FANTASTIC!! Macie did an amazing job. I fully expected it to take at least a week!!

I always really enjoy coming to Michael's. There's always a very calm and welcoming feeling. I had a great experience today with the worker Julie, she was extremely helpful in picking out things for a project I'm currently doing all with a great attitude and smile.

A lot of items in the store you can find what your looking for , but don't ask for help , you'll get a rude answer back. " I work the register, I don't get paid to help people!" So I set my items down and walked out!

Needed to return 14 yds of shipped undisturbed white muslin fabric. With an hour to/from nearby store, we made a phone call to confirm refunded returns with receipt. When we arrived, we were denied the return. Very disappointed, although cashier was very cordial.

I am about a month late, but I still want to say what a great job Ryan did. I couldn't really afford a custom frame, but he helped me find a frame on the shelf that worked for my painting. He put it together for me, and I think it looks great! Thanks again Ryan!!

Huge shout out To Ryan today, working in the framing department in Weatherford! I had an issue with the size of a matte and frame and he helped me pick out a new frame and helped me put together what I needed to make It look perfect for my gift. He really went out of the way to help me and I can’t thank him enough! Great service doesn’t always happen and this was much needed!!Thx Ryan!!!
