We called this place Sunday afternoon because my washer would not drain. Someone answered the phone and put us on the schedule for the day I requested. Banks my repair man was here early diagnosed the problem gave me a quote and happily fixed it He was very professional and answered all my questions. He even gave me time to clean behind the appliances!! My first time to use them and I will use them again. Highly recommend

Mr. Appliance was responsive and helpful and they came when they said they would. They were communicative about when they would be back with the part to do the repair. The tech, Abiel, was knowledgeable and explained everything that he saw with the washing machine as he was going. When he came back to perform the repair, he was even 10 minutes early and he had it up and running in less than an hour. He was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

If you want a parts changer and to be robbed use Mr. Appliance! Ice maker issue, tech arrived no tools/meter, new ice maker required $440. Week later 48 hours after install not working. Tech returns, again no tools, seems confused. Two days later received notice wrong part installed $1,035 to correct. Declined, was my told expense would be credited. After seeing $187. credited, I called. Was told the tech did not missed diagnose, charging $253 service fee. Parts changers and deceptive business standards.

The technicians were very friendly and courteous. I needed the heating element replaced in my dryer and they were extremely quick to replace it and at a very reasonable price.

Very friendly and helpful. They ordered parts for my dishwasher and had it fixed within just a few days. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance! I’m keeping their phone number in my address book for future repairs.

They charged me $235 for 1hr of labor. Tech came at 1100, took 5 minutes to tell me it needed a new belt. Took 10 minutes finding the part and was done at 1128. Once done, all the lint and mess that was made was left for me to clean up.

Great company to work with. The technician went above and beyound to get 2 washers repaired. Wish they had more than 5 stars they should get 10 stars!!!

The young man who came out was very professional . He knew what he was doing. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short time. We were very pleased.
