Update 7/3/2024 I am still dealing with the damage Megan caused to my hair. I've spent over a thousand dollars to repair it and had to cut over 6 inches off because she over processed it causing it to become dry and brittle. This is devastating being that my hair was untouched by chemicals (natural curly brunette) for over 15 years before she touched it. She is incapable of doing a simple balayage highlight.
Update (10/12/2023) Because Megan put such a drastic copper lift on my hair, I will have to go back to a real salon to have it covered every 24 washes. A balayage is supposed to be a low maintenance hair style. This girl should lose her license! I've been to a handful of real professionals who were shocked at what she did to my hair. Absolute incompetence! Her screw up has cost me hundreds of dollars to get corrected and I will have to continue getting it corrected until my hair grows out...that is 3-4 YEARS!
If you value your hair, avoid this place! SEE PICS! No one would ever ask for this clown show hair! I would have had a better result using a box color! I had not had my hair colored in well over a decade (clean slate). For a good while, Megan Galloway Whitaker had been cutting my hair, but this time, she completely messed up the color, which she charged a ridiculous $200 for, and now refuses to fix it without charging me another $130! I decided on a balayage with auburn red highlights. She used copper! This nasty fire engine red, pink, orange, neon, clown hair is what I got. After 2 appointments, she still couldn't get it close to what I asked for in multiple pictures that I brought to every appointment! I tried to be polite and was willing to give her a 3rd chance to fix it, but she is unaccountable for her screw up and wants to charge me again for her time and product. When did I ever receive what I paid for in the first place??? On the first appointment, the color didn't take. On the 2nd appointment, she gave me bright red clown hair. I gave her every chance to deliver what I paid her for, but she blames me, saying I didn't know what I wanted. This clearly shows her lack of knowledge & skill. Who is the hair professional here? I showed her many pictures and said I wanted some curl definition, but nothing crazy. What more is a person supposed to do? I paid her the $200 she asked and even foolishly tipped her 20% in good faith that she would get it right at the second appointment! Megan is quite unprofessional & has ZERO care or integrity! I've lost all faith that she is even capable and want my money back so I can pay someone who knows what they are doing! She refused to give me back even a portion of what I paid! No one should ever have to pay for incompetent garbage like this! Come to find out, an auburn balayage is an easy color service! She should be ashamed of such terrible work. The salon owner ignored my pleas for help & Megan made a point to tell me via text, she's an independent contractor like everyone else there. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!

I came up there 3 or 4 days ago and I got my hair done blonde and now my hair is turning a blue ish green color and the stylist is being very rude after I just spend 160 dollars on my hair done and now I’m stuck with this... I am not satisfied nor happy with the situation and it’s not okay to be rude to someone after they just spent how much money on there hair and all the stylist wanted to say was I can’t give you any precessional advise and that she dosent know how to fix it....
