I signed up for the business select to get a discount on toner. I no longer need that service and have been attempting to cancel for a month now. I have texted and called the customer service numbers. Someone on both of those options told me that they would cancel the subscription. Although, it has not been cancelled and I have now been charged for another month, $49. When I called, I was given a confirmation number and told I would receive an email within 24-48 hours. That has not happened yet. When I tried to cancel the membership online, it kept saying that they wet having technical issues. I am now just going to have to cancel my debit card and get another one so I am not charged again. Although, I am out $49 when I am not even using the membership.

The shipment process here was the worst experience I have had in my life. I dropped a small box on Friday morning when they opened to FedEx a package that had an overnight label and it was a distinctive box! The package was never picked up, I called Saturday to ask if maybe it was missed and I was advised they had no way to tell, when he just has to walk to the other side of the counter to see if he saw the box or not. The place was not busy. Monday I checked the tracking and still nothing, tried to call again and was still not updated and advised nothing they could do. I would understand if the package was picked up and it was truly out of their hands but no one wanted to walk a few feet to say yes I see the box or not.
