I went in for a scheduled alignment at 10am. They had my car in the garage within 5 minutes and had me on my way home by 11:10
Super fast and pleasant, professional experience. I definitely recommend.

Can’t judge the work they do because they won’t even answer their phones for a potential customer. I guess I’ll look for help elsewhere.

Customers for life!!! This Pep Boys has the most honest, courteous and competent employees/mechanics. Our family has brought our vehicles since moving here (3 years) and we never go away disappointed. Whether I’m waiting for an oil change or leaving our vehicle to be worked on. I have total confidence in knowing the best people are taking care of my car.

Kinda weird I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Didn't take my van back for over hour and 40 mins. I recommend calling ahead of time and making sure they have availability. Even if you have a appointment doesn't mean you'll get it on time. Guy was polite but the service was slow slow. Staffing issues definitely contributed toward the delay as well
