Awful customer service. The two employees I tried to ask about showers and coffee had serious chips on their shoulders. If you hate your life and hate your job make some changes. Not necessary to be so damn rude to others. Won’t waste my time stopping here again.

I stopped in at the Pilot Flying J in Weatherford Texas and the gentleman who attended me and my shower needs was named Isaac.. he was very professional very courteous and very helpful to anything I needed with fresh towels and toiletries. I couldn't be more appreciative for his services and most definitely would be returning thank you sir

I appreciate this pilot here in weatherford. It was nice being happily greeted by staff. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Lynda and Richard for being so nice and understanding about a situation I had. They know how to treat customers here. Thank y’all!

I have been waiting almost 3 hours for a shower and only started out number 15 in line and im only at 10 now. We only get 10 hours off until I'm back at work and just want a shower before I get some sleep.

How nice to be greeted when you walk in. Every customer. Clean restrooms, fuel, and coffee and much more. I stopped at 3 different ones on my trip and each one is clean, friendly. Join their rewards. Their app is easy.

Last night was crazy..people from all over seeking shelter from tornadoes..they didn't hesitate one minute on letting people in even with animals.very professional and ensuring everyone was safe.these ladys need a raise and a paid day off ...thank you for watching out for the community ❤️

Highway robbery. Make sure you get the the receipt for fuel purchase and check your records after. They have a custom of double charching your card for single purchase.

This pilot locationin Weatherford TX, is the cleanest store I've ever been in, in the 6 years I've been on the road. To whom it may concern, whoever is runningThis store needs to be Director that runs and checks on stores to make sure they're being done like they're supposed to be. The workers in the store definitely more friendlier than others. They will stop what they're doing if you have a question. Or you need help or anything versus other stores would carry on their conversation with the other employees versus helping you thank you for your time

Need to stock winter fuel and windshield products in the winter. Associate didn't know if the fuel at the pumps was a winter blend.
