NOT HELPFUL... My membership shows inactive on my side. I sent PF an email because when I called nobody answered. My concern is that I have an inactive account on my end, but I am getting actively charged. The first time I was told that my account is in fact active, which on my side it does not show that. The second time I was told I had to come in to fix the problem. I just want to cancel my account. I have wasted too much money on this place because I did not think I was still a member...

It’s been a good experience. Friendly staff and plenty of equipment. Rarely do I have to wait for a machine.

The staff is really nice and the machines are well maintained. The gym is also very clean. Try the hydro massage - a black card perk!

Frinola is so great and knowledgeable.The place and equipment is always spotless.There was a new employee there this morning when I went. Bless her, she was being hit with all kinds of new stuff. She totally kept her cool.

Its very convenient to go before or after work. They have every machine that I like to work out on! The facility is very clean, and there's no judgement!

I like this facility. It's always clean, the staff are friendly and there is plenty of access to the machines and weights that I want to use. I really like the 30 min workout space! It's location is great and parking is a breeze.

The facility and equipment need a lot of work.One of men's toilets has been out of service for a while. The water fountains are gross. Half of the paper towel dispensers are broken. The equipment & weights are slimy, with no routine cleaning or upkeep. The vinyl on many of the benches and equipment is cracked/tearing. Lots of the paneling and trim is falling apart.Overall, the quality of the facility is seriously declining - yet annual fees keep going up.Management/owner clearly don't have very high standards. If there aren't some major improvements I'll be taking membership elsewhere.And don't patronize me be replying to talk with mgmt or call someone. For what people pay, these issues should not be occuring in the first place.

If you want a never ending membership no matter how many times you try to cancel this is the gym for you! Went in to cancel my membership in October. Was told I would be charged one more time no big deal. Well the person working the front desk could not figure out the computer and had to keep facetiming someone asking what to do he also mentioned his phone was on 4%. Had a line behind me and a line waiting to use tanning beds. I was there for what felt like 20-30 minutes he had me sign a document 4-5 times because he could not figure out what he was doing saying nothing was saving & the computer wasn’t working right. I think he was having me sign a new contract but saying that the computer kept blanking i’m not sure. In all he said it was taken care of. Well November comes around and i’m getting charged again. Turns out the man canceled my Blackcard but signed me up for the 10$ a month membership. I can’t even begin to explain to you how that happened when i walked in and asked to cancel my membership. Extremely suspicious. So I go in again asking to cancel my membership AGAIN. Wasn’t refunded my November payment but Zane at the front desk assured me my membership was actually canceled this time around. The front desk here is unexperienced and dealing with them has been a nightmare the past few months. When I found out I was being charged again I tried to call the gym 4 times over the course of a day, left a voicemail and it wasn’t answer nor did i receive a callback within 2 days. I’ll take blame for not following up after but save your time & money and go somewhere else.

Nice place but the machines need to be cleaned and floors. Bathrooms were horrible. Toilet did not flush, toilet paper on the floor. counter tops had water all over and soap too. Bathroom smelled bad. They need to hire workers to do a great job and Safety & Sanitation standards. They also need a better configuration of the stations to be more inviting.
