Don’t bank with them. They are the most incompetent people you will ever deal with. If there’s a return to you, they won’t be able to find your file. But if you owe them then they know every little thing about you and your daily life. They threaten to send you to collections if you have an amount due. AVOID DEALING WITH PNC BANK!!!!

Once the transition from BBVA fully happened, I've had great experiences with this branch! The staff has been friendly and helpful. The manager has proven to be honest, and has high-character.

We have been with this bank through all the name changes. Never had a problem. Most of the employees here are helpful. Of course there are some occasional one's with attitudes but honestly i never see them last very long.

Assistant manager lady literally would not get me a manager for my issue. Told me for the amount of money in my bank account I shouldn’t feel so entitled… unbelievable. Many people walked out behind me as well. Very unprofessional establishment will be changing banks

I am currently buying a home and needed my Bank Statements, I walked in and was instantly greeted and that was amazing customer service. Once I told my situation they directed me to Kristena Passmore who was so much help, not only did she make my day, she saved me money by explaining there isan app that can easily scan my documents to my Lender. That is exceptional customer service and I would refer anyone to bank at PNC Bank , I would even refer her to anyone that needed any assistance. Thank you PNC Bank and thank you Kristena.

this bank charges a 10 percent fee to cash a check here if you dont have an account. No negotiating . Wanted to charge me a 2500 dollar charge to cash a check that they wrote me for the sale of a vehicle. I will never take my business here
