The staff were very rude today. There was an elderly gentleman who asked just to provide a urine sample and was told NO. Which is fine, but my goodness be nice, be gentle. Not rude. We understand yall were short handed. If you can't be nice or explain you are short handed and communicate, then re-think working there. Yall can do better than this.

Usually good phlebotomists there but today no. The one I got said she did not have all of the order I was supposed to have, I asked her if there could be a second order she said no. I need to get the next person she said. So I called the doctors office and they said the order is there she is looking on the wrong date. She still put someone else in front of me! When she got to me no apology, she also was not good at sticking the needle in and had horrible technique. She did not want my arm on the usual arm rest but hanging off the front bar! I was too done at that point to report her but I should have taken the time too. Hopefully she is not there often. As I recall her last name was Jarvis but not 100 percent sure on the name. Steer clear

Scheduled an appointment last week for this morning at 9:30. Arrived today 4/22, fasting, at 8:26, to find a sign on the door saying they were closed for renovations until 4/26. My doctor’s appointment that I’ve had for 6 mos, is tomorrow. Thank you Quest….

I've had only great experiences at my local (Weatherford, TX) Quest Diagnostics. When offered, I love the text-based check-in. Every time I've been here (maybe 6 or so), the clinicians that have always taken good care of me, were friendly and professional.

I will only go to Quest because I am an extremely hard stick and the ladies at Quest are the absolute BEST!!! No more fear for me to have blood drawn.
