Rudest people ever! Do not come here. Went to the get my blood work today and then the front desk lady started screaming at me because there was a bill that I have no knowledge about. She continued to scream at me even though I was trying understand what she is talking about.

Not all the staff are rude but the front desk person needs to be fired. This person lacks compassion and don't need to be working near people. Lol.

My doctor sent me here to get some lab test done but my experience with this place I'm never going back again. I should have checked the reviews here before going there.

I seen the reviews and I was thinking of not going anymore but I needed to do some lab work asap so I went to my appointment and I don't know what the problem was with the reviews because my appointment went good I was in and out no problem at all

I went by to get specimen container,but she didn't tell me what to do or how much. I figured there would be instructions in the bag,but there weren't. I tried to call them over and over again and sat on hold forever and then finally an automated voice said they couldn't take my call even though it was 30 min before closing! I never did get the sample done and that was several wks ago and I don't want to do business there if they can't even talk to me! Are they that afraid of catching covid? I don't even have that. I needed to do a different kind of specimen that wasn't contagious.

I am reading reviews from previous clients, and wow! I am stunned! My experience was amazing. Check in was easy, there is literally a note on the wall above the kiosk that tells you to check in. The promts are easy to follow if you simply READ, I have a very low intelligence level, I get confused easily but it just asks your name and number and birthday. I got in immediately because I had an appointment set up. The lady who took me back for the blood work was so sweet, and she respected my boundaries. When I told her not to tell me what she was doing, she agreed and respected that. She was so so patient with me even though I kept tensing up, she continued to reassure me that I was okay. I had a WONDERFUL experience although my results were not what I was hoping.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. I witnessed staff treat multiple patients so badly I will never personally or professionally use the Weatherford location again.

No one at window and I didn’t know what to do so I knocked on the door. A girl opened the door and screamed “Check in and we will get to you as soon as we can” and then slammed the door in my face! Wow Quest you need to get ahold of your staff they are out of control.

Very rude staff....did not inform me that a certain service was only performed before 10am before making and coming in for the appointment. Staff was extremely rude about wearing mask and refused to provide a mask when told I did not have one.Do not recommend

I occasionally pay for thyroid and metabolic testing between doctor visits just to keep tabs on my health. So, I’ve had many phlebotomists stick me over the years. Today, 9/20/2021, was one of the worst and most painful blood draws I’ve ever had. That woman clearly isn’t trained properly or is a sadist. She knew it was painful and just said, “I got you in a tender spot.” It’s swollen and will leave a large bruise. So, warning, avoid the Weatherford Quest location.

07/28/21 and this communist ran facility still requires mask? The lady at the desk was incredibly rude and starkly about it. Terrible place, will never return! Id rather cut my wrist and collect my own blood!

I’ve been here a few times and seen nice people, but last time I went was HORRID. My nurses didn’t want to let my mom come back with me (I’m 18) because her temperature was ever so slightly elevated, even though I was in obvious distress and upset. When I was getting upset, mentioning I hate needles, saying I wanted my mom, they told me I needed to grow up because I was 18 and couldn’t keep doing this. Eventually they rechecked my mom and let her come back, but then when we started small talk about the COVID vaccine, they both started talking bad things about it and actively trying to discourage me from getting it by saying “you don’t know what’s in it” and things like that. Medical professionals should NOT act like this. They actively stressed me out, made me feel bad for my anxiety, and massively talked down a vaccine during a pandemic. We hurried up and left as soon as we could, only to realize they never asked for insurance or discussed payment or anything with us. Totally unprofessional. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ll go back. LabCorp may feel grimy, but at least they never shamed me for being scared of the needle. I certainly won’t let these two women work on me again.

I had a bad experience at Quest labs on 5/21/21 @ 12:06. The first person stuck me and it stopped after awhile. She then was getting ready to stick me again, her mobile phone rang and she answered it and was talking while trying to stick me. Of course it didn’t work. She had me wait on the bench and waited on Leah. She was kind and very good. She apologized for my experience with the other lady. She got it started on the first try. While waiting for my blood to draw the other person came in and talked to the Leah. I then told her was she did was very unprofessional and uncalled for. She apologized , but it was not very heartfelt. I will never see her again. Not a good experience except for Leah.

Went in for a simple drug test required for my new job. The front desk lady completely ignored me for over a minute and kept sweeping the same area the whole time. I called for her help and she gave me a snarky attitude easing her voice at me for not already knowing to sign in. Couple minutes pass by and an elder man came in wondering if he needed to sign in even if he didn’t have an appointment and she interrupted him and gave him her snarky attitude as well. Parking lot was a little full so I had to park away from the building and as I was leaving I saw the front desk lady leaving in her car she parked up close to the building taking up two spots. This was my first and LAST time I will come here! Very rude and unprofessional, she needs to be fired and work somewhere she’s actually happy at that’s not customer service because her first impression is not welcoming at all.
