Really gone downhill. 2/3 hours Waiting even when you have an appointment or just drop offs No front receptionist for help. Just kiosk. Employees are rude and extremely unprofessional. Keeps getting worse. Such a shame. The whole town is losing its kindness and heart for Jesus. The heat just got turned up more on the boiling pot with the frog in it.

They were rude, have no idea what customer service is, and not helpful at all. You check in with a kiosk and sit in the waiting room for over an hour while they laugh and play around in the back! My appointment was at 11am and after an hour of waiting in a full waiting room with noone being called to the back I just left!

Great experience here. Made my appointment online through the quest app. Showed up 15min early and was called in promptly. Tech was friendly and efficient. Smooth with the needle too! Will definitely visit this location again.

No one at the front desk.Door to the back locked.Calling them on the phone is pointless- a recording just gives you the loooong run around with no option to speak to a human being.Place is kinda grimy.For irrelevant reasons, I had two blood draws performed by two separate phlebotomists. The first was a nice lady who I spoke to about our separate experiences of living in Britain. She was pleasant and hit my vein quickly and painlessly. She is the reason for two stars instead of one.The second lady, although she also hit my vein equally skillfully, was NOT pleasant. She seemed to be bothered with having to deal with me- to put it lightly. Due to an admin problem, and no fault on my part, I wasn't the usual A, Call name. B. Sit in chair. C. Draw blood. D. Go away. sort of experience. This seemed to irritate her. I'm usually very expansive on detail, but in this instance, I'll simply leave it at that,I won't be going back.

I see exactly why they have a low rating. Appointments mean nothing to these folks. Professionalism and consideration is definitely lacking here. Thankful that they have other locations. I will never return to this one.

There are 16 people in this waiting room. It is 12:57pm. My appointment is scheduled for 12:40pm, but there are people with appointments that have been waiting since before 12:20pm. They are taking 1 person back at a time. I left work to come here. This is absolutely ridiculous. But these reviews don't make any difference because the behavior continues. Shameful

No outside communication available to this company. No reception inside their office either. Slow test results. Took over 3 weeks to get my results. No customer service whatsoever! Go elsewhere if you can.

Even the people working there are mad about this: No front desk person. Most of your customers have questions and are just trying to make sure they have everything you need. I watched this waiting room for 2 hours with almost everyone complaining or upset because there was no front desk person to ask questions to. They waited LONG periods of time feeling anxious wondering if anyone was even going to call their name. If you fixed something as simple as basic customer service, this location probably would have a lot more customers... and your nurses wouldn't be getting very ANGRY patients all day long...

I went to the Weatherford Quest location the 2nd time didn't wait along, but I needed a little water, because it was 105 degrees outside the Phlebotomist said we don't have any, then she was a little rough, left me with a blood blister for a week. The payment for taking my blood was on August 7 ,and cleared the bank on August 20th which put my account in the red .Please if you can, pick another Quest location.
