They had good shoes. That's saying something for me because I'm very picky when it comes to shoes for myself or my kids. Thus was the only place that I found in Weatherford that had decent shoes. May have been only 1 brand that I thought was decent but still. The worker was nice that was working. Only downfall was there was only one worker lol so there was a lil bit of a line to check out but she did great and was nice when you got up there to her.

Today, the store lost 2 sales from me.As soon as I walked in the door, I could hear plain as day the (I’m assuming the shift supervisor) (darker hair worn up in a bun) (was teaching another girl how to use the check out computer) gossiping, bashing previous customers clear as day with her trainee.I decided to just look a bit, as my toddler really needed some shoes. As I was heading towards the back, I saw a couple of shoes on sale and had a question. This same lady (dark hair/supervisor) legit rolled her eyes and responded in the most condescending way. I tried to view her name tag but she was not wearing one.I just felt she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I understand having a bad day, but come on… I’ve worked in customer service for years and would never do these two things.Took my business somewhere else. (And based on previous reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who had bad experience.)2 stars for location, -1 stars for customer service.

I was not satisfied and have not been in a very long time with the employees or Cleanliness of the store. The main employee I am talking about is EXTREMELY HATEFUL, I would much rather drive 45 mins to an hour to the next town over to go to Rackroom she has been rude every single time I have been in there. The vibe is just not good at all in the store it is filthy all an all I will never go back in that store I would go barefoot before I ever step back into that place.

Employees are always helpful with a smile. Sometimes shoe selection is low on sizes because they are so busy. Overall I'm a happy customer!

If I could give no stars then I def would give negative ... Two young girls who were very rude ignored givinge service at all and spoke about how rude I was with a another customer.,. It's about 8pm and they say there names are zoe and Alexis don't know how true that is but they aughta work somewhere where ppl gossipand laugh at others bc they are bored

I loved the customer care that I received today by the lady who works there. I was purchasing a pair of shoes that were over the amount I thought the sign read, and she went to the shoes and grabbed the correct shoe that was in that price. She didn't have to go out of her way to help me, but she graciously chose to.

I'm not entirely sure of his name, but the employee that helped me (6/19/23) was super friendly & helpful! I called ahead to check if a size was in-stock, and he pulled it aside. I wasn't hovered over while trying them on, which I appreciate. And while checking out, he was very friendly. I'm happy with my Converse shoes as well. It's a smaller store, so there isn't the largest selection or anything, but good to check!

The manager named Alexis was not nice at all I asked her about the converse and she whispered to me while she was at the counter and I was a good 10 feet away and when I went to ring up she slams open the shoe box and shoves the shoes back in and told me my total but I had my phone with the coupon to where she could see it and I simply said I also have a coupon and she sighs and rudely scanned my coupon and told me the total and after she throws my change on counter and said have a nice days ( not In a nice way either). And also never once did she have a smile nor did she say (hi welcome to rack room how may I help) none of that I’ve never felt more unwelcome In a store till rack room. I will never go there for shoes again I don’t care if there is a bogo maybe if they change all management. This is sad. Again her name is ALEXIS. And also when she had set me up an account I guess to earn points she fast talked through the whole thing in such an ugly way that I didn’t even care to hear any of it. Very very disappointed.
