Randal has been my CPA for 20 years. He has helped me set up 2 corporations, provided accounting and tax advice , and currently does my office payroll. Don't use this guy if you don't want mistakes not identified sent to you by any company and he files your taxes based on those mistakes. He will correct for you for another high priced charge. Had a 1099 sent with wrong SS# but right name and he failed to catch or correct and now dealing with IRS.
