Time to replace my Longhorn dually with a new one. Not from here. Reason, recent service experience was beyond bad. Tires needed rotated. Received a call stating pressure sensor is defective. Was fine when I dropped it off, I monitor it each drive. They ‘absorbed’ the cost. Found tires had a problem (purchased from Ram) and they were to work with Ram on warranty. Left it for that purpose. Days pass and no update. Picked it up and am assured they are working with Ram. Got home and wheel cover is missing. That’s gonna cost me as it obviously wasn’t put on correctly. Six weeks later, never received a call, text or any update on tire. Entire ordeal I was made to feel like having them provide service was a bother. No thanks, I’m done with this group.

Be aware these people are liars and sell junk cars they don't stand behind. Work thier employees like slaves so they can't take all their college classes at once. They Make the salesman pay for Windshields and any other repairs the vehicle may need. Therefore you get ignored when you get the verification the vehicle needs the repair. This is definitely a problem. They will tear your credit to theground. I wasn't sure I wanted this vehicle. But the salesman pushed and pushed the app on me. I provided very little info, told them only ask ONE co, gave them the name of that company. Later find out they went through At Least 12. 12!!! I did Not Approve of that. Nor did I even give them enough info to be approved. But finance pushed through every bank until he got it approved. Because of the windshield repair,I was fired from my job bc everyday the windshield people were supposed to be at my house that day, then it was the next day then the next and the next. 5 days of waiting all day.The tire problems they resolved (or they thought they did) by putting 48 lbs of air in each tire. Then when I figured that out with the help of Discount Tires, I went back to the dealership reported it to the GM he then told me, "It's OK to Over Inflate Tires That 35 psi is only a guestimate!!!""During the test drive I noticed the chips in the windshield and the tire light coming on and told the salesman, I Also Asked about Struts and shocks and a recent Tune up, oil changes. I was told All was Good. That was not true. At 87,000 miles it had the original Struts and socks on it and they were completely worn out. No one would return my calls about that..All these repairs I had to pay out of my pocket And still find a job.I did an interview at the dealership and was Told I was hired! But, they would get back to me on Monday when the owner was back from camping. On Monday when I showed up, I was then told the owner and his wife are very cheap and decided to put in a phone system to answer the phones. So, you as the customer are to choose which department you wanted. Doesn't That sound Very professional! There is also lots of interesting things around the showroom floor, But when you ask about them you get several different answers no one really knows the real truth about why he has The Kips boy or Ronald McDonald there. The first answer made the most sense, It was his happy moments from childhood. Then was told in the Employment Interview that That was not true. He came from a very wealthy family and would have Never eaten at those places. Then there is this Cool, Very Cool rebuilt old Truck on the Showroom floor. Everyone gives a different answer on How long it took to rebuild the 1956 truck.I literally Hate this Vehicle, not only BC it has caused So much stremy life. There is so much wrong with it and I can't afford all the repairs. But It doesn't have certain features. Please don't waste your time going here. Who makes the Salesman pay for the repairs on vehicle they are supposed to sell? They are all very kind people, it's the rules of the Dealership.

They charged me $1,500 to replace a $250 water pump. They used a total of $400 in parts, according to them, and 3 hours in labor. They said it took them 3 hours to replace it. Then they tried to charge more labor to replace the serpentine belt and flush the radiator. All that had to be done to replace the water pump, though, So, they charged me $366 an hour for labor. What a rip-off...

First my experience was with the sales rep who would not and did not give up until he found the right vehicle for me. Then the service department, my etc and engine light came on my jeep and they had me bring it in found the issue and got me out of there in an hour. Over all I am very pleased with the professionality and service this dealership has.

I need to speak with the owner of this business. All other attempts to contact them has either been avoided by the chain of command or I was told its not possible. My vehicle had been here for 4 months now and no one can really tell me what the real problem is. I feel like they are lying to me and buying time to fix some mistake that has been made. I've been asking for months to speak with the owner and the president of the company but continue to be told its not possible. Do due diligence before bringing your vehicle here for any repairs.

Zero stars.Hey jeep when are you gonna step in and actually do something about the dealership and their lack of knowledge on warranty related issues? The worst place to bring your vehicle. They hate doing the job they are there to do. Getting them to do anything warranty related is like pulling teeth. The shop Forman is useless. It seems like no one up there wants to help or do the job they are paid to do. Don’t ask ray wolf to help in any way because he just speaks to you like you are an idiot. It’s time to get people working that actually work and want to help. Just stay away or go straight to the GM. Bypass all the useless people who hate the job they have. That is the only way anything will get done.

If you want your vehicle to constantly leak after it has been "repaired" take it to this service department. 3 repair attempts on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler to fix a coolant issue. At first im told that the coolant leak doesnt exist, takes one of their external companies to find the leak (shoutout to Sean at Jackelope, hes awesome). After they replace the water pump and 2 coolant reservoirs it still leaks! Contacted Jeep customer care to call the dealership and ask them to speak to them and now im being told by Ray the "Service Manager" that they have exhausted all options and that i should find a different dealer. I'd definitely come here if you dont want your calls returned and if you want to have to physically go to the dealership to find out whats going on with your vehicle.*Update*Took it to Shottenkirk in Granbury and they found the leak in a matter of hours. The leak is coming from the timing cover. Odd that this dealer could not find this.

Didn't buy my dodge 2500 diesel there.... But I had the "well I'll take the truck in to the closest dealer to do my recalls" idea. Wrong move.... First off I made an appointment online. Got there and they acted like they didn't know I was coming. Asked me who I talked to and I explained I did as instructed on their website and made my appointment online. They again asked who my service advisor was. I repeated the fact I didn't have one. So you know they gotta up sell me some stuff to keep that fancy places rent paid...so I let them. $1000 worth of bogus service work that I could do in my driveway for $100 thinking ok that will get all my recalls done. Well they called and told me my truck was done that afternoon. Weird.... It had 6 recalls. Not until I picked my truck up did they tell me they couldn't do the important one. Fuel pump. No estimated time frame because you know my service adviser wasn't there. So I got the please of grilling the secretary or parts cashier about my truck. She had no idea what I was asking. They didn't wash my truck.. I spend $1,000 and no wash. Weeks of phone voicemails asking me if I did my customer survey yet..... well no idiot you aren't done with my truck yet. So I get annoyed. 3 months later I do the survey. Give them a bad review. And ONLY at that point do they reach out to me and ask "why". According to the guy I talked to on the phone he had no idea when or where my file pump is. You know.... The usual. Blame dodge. They only can order one fuel pump a week and they need 75 fuel pumps for all their customers. Complete BS according to another dealers service manager. Long story short.... If you didn't buy your truck there they will lie to you.... And bend you over the counter with out any 50 weight oil.Avoid that place no matter what. This is the same dealer that sold me bad lifters for a 6.4 dodge engine that promptly failed and they told me to go pound sand since they didn't install them....

Wouldn't give me a time estimate on when my vehicle would be ready. When it was ready, The cashier brought out a stack of papers and sorted them by LICKING HER FINGERS and then handed them to me. Then I was made to wait outside in the 100+ degree Texas heat for almost 10 min before some one brought my vehicle out to me.

I made an appointment online and the day before the appointment they called and said that they had to reschedule the appointment, so I was ok with that but then the service advisor said they won't take a look at it for 4 to 5 days, so what good is it to schedule a appointment, then he asked what's wrong with my wife's jeep, and I told him that the passenger side seatbelt needs to be replaced, and he asked me do I have the part? Why would I have the part? He was extremely rude! Why would I spend my hard earned money with this dealership? And what right do you have to be rude when you're inconveniencing me? I will never do business with this company!

Great service for buying cars, yet they are still car salespeople so I know I wasn’t helped to be benefited fullest of potential. Yet the whole process was good, fast and constant communication. If I ever buy a Jeep again I would go there again with more knowledge.

WORST DEALERSHIP IVE BEEN TOO! I called a day before to schedule a oil change and was told I couldn’t schedule one but could come in and they will get me taken care of. Well when arriving to the service department no one came out to help me so I had to wake up my 7month and got her stroller and everything else I needed out and went to ask the cashier were to go. There was a lady sitting on the bench that said she had already been waiting 15 mins and no one had talked to her so the service adviser stopped talking to me and went directly to her and then came back and said there’s 6 people in front of me so it’s about a 2hour wait. THIS IS WHY THERE ARE APPOINTMENTS TO BE MADE! I drove a hour here for nothing with my infant child and had to get her back in her car seat along with everything else while she is screaming. This is why I ALWAYS go to shottenkirk in granbury they are always the nicest and let me schedule a appointment and go above and beyond to help me. I will never be back here or recommend Rodger Williams to anyone!
