“Sherry is a refreshing new member to the property. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We appreciate a manager who treats clients like PEOPLE, and Sherry is the type of management this company needs!When I chose this property over a year ago, there were many amenities that made it tower above the other choices in the area. When we viewed the property, an additional perk stood out: the connection with managers who listened, and had common sense. Over the last few months the quality of personnel and their attention to detail as advertised by the corporation had been declining drastically.Sherry has single-handedly saved us from pursuing ANY OTHER PLACE in which to store our items! Truly. If I had not met her last week, we would have paid WAY TOO MUCH TO GET OUT OF THERE! We were willing to lose money just to get away from that sinking ship. Sherry is the ONLY reason we chose to stay. Her patience, kindness, and basic human decency toward clients are a refreshing change from the most recent few months of indifference and lack of quality control.We simply cannot thank Sherry enough! She is bringing back the integrity of the property as advertised by the parent company.Sherry is a breath of fresh air that this specific property needed.Thank you, Sherry!”

Diana has been great to deal with and very quick to answer my questions. I highly recommend Greyhound Storage if you live in the Peaster, Pooleville, or Garner areas. The location is just off 920 and 1885. You can't beat the price either.”

They were always quick to return my calls and they worked with me and showed me grace when I fell on hard times when other places would have sold my stuff.
