I was innocently swatching a skin tint on my hand when one of the workers approached me and told me “you can put it back now”. I had no idea how she came to this conclusion as I was not committing any theft. Although I should not have done this, I emptied my pockets for her and she walked away. I immediately went to go check out my items and left. She was an older lady with glasses and had a cast on her hand. I think it is safe to say that I am never going back there.

I just walked out after walking around the store for over 10 minutes with no one greeting me or asking if I needed help. I was planning to purchase four or five items but I guess I will go elsewhere. The two young ladies working were more interested in their conversation then in helping their customers. It's not like they didn't see me. One of them looked at me and walked past me twice and never asked if she could help. I'm not going to beg anyone to take my money.

The employees there are so nice. They did not have my hairspray in stock, but she looked up a location that for sure had it in stock, and she advised me to order online and pick it up so it’s not a wasted journey. I much appreciate all of the help

If you think the employees are talking bad about you in Spanish, they most likely are.

I went to this location today and was turned off. Snobby workers and an overall snobby atmosphere. I will be giving my business to Ulta and their friendly staff from now on.

I have been there twice and both times the workers are behind the register talking about their personal lives, not being attentive or helpful. The place is messy and not well stocked. Attitude when you ask for a sample for something you would have just bought, but they don’t have it in stock. They say they can’t order it for you. So you ask for a sample and you’re treated like some scum bum trying to get something for free. Anyway, I was hopeful I’d save some time being able to get stuff from this store while out shopping, but it gives me an ice cream headache dealing with the attitude and lack of hygiene 🤦🏻♀️. Back to Ulta!!

The customer service here is awful. The one person working wasn’t even watching the register. An elderly women had to go find her and tell her there was a line. Didn’t bother to ask me or the lady in front of me if we found everything we were looking for or speak at all us beside asking for the email she wanted. When the lady and I both had issues with the email set up, it clearly bothered this women. She obviously doesn’t understand the job of someone is consumer service or to even use the simple word of hello. Do better!

Right when I went in the Sephora I said hello and the worker didn’t answer me and I just walk away she didn’t answer me so I went go get what I needed and I was with my friend so we got what we needed and go pay and my friend went to go pay first and the worker said if she had a phone number with them and my friend say no and the worker said if she wanted to sing up and my friend say yes and the worker throw the phone thing and it ask for a email and my friend got a new phone and she got a new email so she didn’t know it and my friend change her mind and said never mind I changed my mind I’m sorry and the worker grabbed the phone thing they use and was mad for no reason and I was about to say something but my friend stop me. It was my turn to go pay and me and my friend got the same thing so my friend took my how much it was since we got the same thing and I got a $100 for my birthday and the the total was 41.95 and I gave her my money and it was $100 bill and she took 2-3 minutes to check the 100 bill to see if it was real and she went on her phone while we were there waiting to go and after she saw that the money was real she gave me my bag to aggressively and I got it and took it aggressively from her hand and she gave me a look so I gave her a look bad and I left.

1. First visit observation: Ulta surpasses Sephora by helping customer choose colors , products etc ..I was on my own and I pulled wrong color placed in wrong slot, which was my fault for not checking.Ulta staff pulls product for you preventing those blunders.2. Big one:Apparently, the Sephora system in Weatherford Kohl's doesn't allow exchanges or returns without a receipt (yes, also my fault) or with credit card transaction proof.Ulta, again, can bring up receipt history and work off of that, making a credit or exchange, even refund possible...So, in my irritation, I left the lipstick there since it was useless to me.No more Sephora.

Was excited that we got a Sephora . Me and my daughter walked inside. There were 2 employees talking to a customer . We even asked where summer Friday was at and the girl pointed . We wanted to get the sheer tint . We waited nobody came . We walked around for a least 20 minutes. Horrible service

I was looking for a particular shade of and face makeup and the associate in Sephora went above and beyond! I needed a pink lipstick to wear to my Grandma’s funeral as her favorite color was pink. The associate even offered condolences and asked about my Grandma and her life. I was so impressed with her knowledge of makeup and her kindness.

made to feel very uncomfortable when I stopped in. I was excited to see Sephora here but will not go back. whoever staffs this store might need to rethink it based on the other review I just read and mine.

I was very happy to see the new Sephora at Kohls in Weatherford until I stopped in yesterday and was completely ignored by both the employees in Sephora. No greeting, neither stopped their conversation from behind the counter to see if I needed or wanted any help or questions.I am a high level Beauty Insider who spends a lot on my skin care and makeup at Sephora. Currently, I go to the store at University Plaza in Ft Worth where everyone is friendly and ready to help and recommend great products. These women were not busy at all. There were 2 customers in the store when I walked in and then shortly I was the only customer. Epic fail! I will probably not be back and will continue to drive to Ft Worth. Even Ulta is extremely friendly. So I will go there in a pinch. Weatherford has options.This is why the Sephora in JcPenney failed as they had the same issue, I went once,was ignored and never went back.Y'all lost a great customer with a very high annual spend. It takes nothing to be friendly and welcoming.
