JCPenney is probably one of the best stores to shop for clothes in Weatherford employees are friendly and helpful but JCPenney usually has a problem getting employees. They are usually low staff in employees because one the schedule times usually has most leaving and clocking out early so near the end of the day or just afternoon most of JCPenney's employees leave early finishing work. Some try walking out the store when they just clocked out because customers stop them asking for help. Also Weatherford Texas JCPenney fitting rooms are available until and hour before closing they close the fitting rooms and hour before closing the store. Which upsets alot of customers that come in last minute before closing or people you try coming in 5 mins before closing. It gets people mad like seen many throw the clothes Down Infront of employees and walk out the store. To be honest JCPenney is a great store in Weatherford Texas but customers make the store look bad. Some shoplift, mess up neatly folded clothes or unorganize clothes to give the employees more work to do or just lazy or don't like neat stuff I've never figured which one of those it's most likely to be but yeah JCPenney also had a racist customer come in telling one of our Mexican employees "This is America, speak English and told the one of the employees to shut up." Most of Weatherford TX JCPenney employees are all ethnic in some way or another at the time and have very few white employees. Which every employee is told to respect one another And just most customers come in to look for a fight or try to scam Employees to get a better deal. Honestly JCPenney isn't bad the customer make it look bad. No security that's why we have shoplifters some shoplift without shame and make it obvious. JCPenney sounds bad but really JCPenney is amazing clean and friendly but with customers it's basically rough part of their day, dealing with rude customers.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and even better customer service! I am in this store at least once a week whether It be in Sephora or shopping for my son. I was actually in there today. Everyone is happy and very helpful, they don't seem agitated or rude if they are asked for help. They go above and Beyond not just for me but I have seen customer service interactions with other people and they help and do an amazing job, even with the more angry customers, I watched a Sephora employee handle herself So gracefully and professionally were there were three people yelling at her to where she was almost to tears but she held it together kept it professional and tried her hardest to help these people even though it was very clear that the products they were bringing back were stolen or bought somewhere else for a much cheaper price and they w and they just wanted to get money back on a product that was stolen, they did not have the receipt and the 90 day policy had already passed, but she did absolutely amazing with these people and let me tell you these people were really trying it.

I recently went into Sephora to do an online exchange. Before I drove to the store I called a day before to see if that was possible. I was told I needed my online receipts/emails and that it would not be a problem. When I got to the store I was told by a lady named Hatzel I could not do my exchange and I would need to go to a larger Sephora. I had everything I was told I needed with me and she still told me I could not return my items because they did not carry them in store. I left and went to a larger Sephora and told them about my experience where they told me they should have returned my items. I live in weatherford and often shop at Sephora but after my experience with an associate who just did not want to do my return I cannot say I will return. Having to drive out of my way for something that should have been handled by that store is very upsetting.

The employees were purposefully taking their time talking and they were asking questions and talking randomly about a girls hair color instead of assisting us and it took 20 minutes for us just to wait for them and we proceeded to leave because of how long they were taking

I see these girls at least once weekly and if it weren't for them I would not have the beautiful clear skin that I do now! They are so knowledgeable and they know that I love clean beauty so when I walk in they can look at my face and know exactly what I'm looking for. Now I have my skin regimen down to a T and my skin is looking BOMB! Thanks y'all!

I went into the store to find a gift for my girlfriend who likes makeup. I was looking for eye shadows and other products I knew she would like but I needed some help. I asked an associate Cass, for some help. She acted like she didn't have the time for me and brushed me off to help some girls that were shopping. Since she made it seem like I was bothering her I went looking through the store again where I just figured I could pick out some random make up. I really wanted to get something special for my gf so I asked her again when she was done helping the other people. This time she just pointed me in the direction of their eyeshadows but that was it. I finally found another associate Liz, who was more helpful. She showed me different brands and what was popular and helped me decide on what to get. The store was clean but because I felt uncomfortable the first part of my trip I can only give it 2 Stars. Thank you to Liz- my gf like her gifts.
