We have had dealing in the past with them and they have been great. But this last time was a complete nightmare, My GF bought her lincoln MKZ from them . Great car 45K miles ran and drove great, car was wrecked 2 months after she got it by a careless driver. So we went back to them for the next car, found a Audi S6 in there stock online. Talked to the explained the situation and put a deposit on the car. The assured us the car was good and ready to be sold to us. GF gets approved on saturday night and we were to finish the paper work on monday. All of a sudden monday afternoon the car can not be sold due to not passing emissions. At this point I am confused, so after work I drive down there to get a better Idea as to what is going on. They bring out there service writer out and the BS starts to flow. First the car won't pass due to the resonator being removed so the electrotonic valve is throwing a soft code. When I explain that has nothing to do with emissions the story changes to some one cut out the preheat tubes for the cats, Audi cats have not have preheat tubes since the early 2000's. Then the story changes to the ECM has been modified so the code does not show up. At that point I was done with moron liar. When they sell the car to the next person I will be filling a breach of contract lawsuit against them.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Sales team was exceptionally reasonable on getting the deal put together on a new truck with a trade-in. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this experience was quick and pleasant.

We received the absolute worst customer service experience from the service department at Southwest Nissan. We took our vehicle there for one issue and in "fixing" that issue, their techs caused multiple additional issues. The communication was almost nonexistent. We had to call for updates and we were promised several times these issues were being fixed, only to be delayed time and time again. After having our vehicle for weeks, we were told it was finally fixed and we could pick it up today. They offered ZERO compensation for the repeated trouble and delays. They would not refund any portion of the money we originally paid. We even said we'd pay for the parts themselves, but needed the labor refunded since their techs caused the subsequent issues and they still refused. We will NEVER buy another Nissan and will never again use this dealership for service on our vehicle. Please avoid Joe Miller, Lucas, and the entire service department.

Bought my first car here. Katie was the sweetest and helped me in every way! She made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. Mike in financing is also the friendliest dude, he gave me so much information and is very fun to talk to! Definitely recommend them!!

Sara Welch was amazing to work with. And everyone else along the process of getting a new car was very nice and caring. No one pressured me into buying something I didn’t want unlike a previous buying experience elsewhere I’ve had. I really liked going there and just had a wonderful experience.

Customer services phenomenal everyone there is always so nice and helpful. They made sure that we got what we wanted before we left and all answers to any questions that we had. Our salesman was amazing, super helpful and polite. He worked extremely hard to get us all answers that we needed.

When I took Murano in for oil changes on both 2-9-23 and 10-13-23, the service advisor each time said it needed both brake fluid and transmission fluid changed. Thank goodness I keep detailed records because each time I said those were done in March of 2022 and aren’t due yet. Each time the advisor then looked on his computer and agreed the transmission fluid was not due but brake fluid was due in Oct. 23. The service advisor should be looking at the services done on their computer PRIOR to telling me erroneously what work is needed. I would have spent several hundred dollars if I went by his advice and the work not even needed!

I bought my car here and the sales gentleman Dylan was very sweet and nice. They even brought my new car to me as I was driving a car I couldn't trade in. I also had my car serviced and worked on there. Even though it took longer than expected that's ok because they wanted to make sure everything with my car was perfect before returning it to me and put me in a nice loaner. They even delivered my car back to me as my work and personal schedule are crazy and I live 1 hr away. They were always so kind and took time to explain and answer every single question I had. I appreciate them so much and haven't dealt with a dealership so accommodating.

Dave Lucas is an honest and helpful salesman. He worked with us to find the exact Pathfinder we were looking for, down to the color and trailer hitch. They even got the one we wanted from another dealership. I recommend this dealership most highly!

Sarah was great...knew her info forward and backward and what she wasn't 100% sure of, she told us so, rather than saying things like "should be", "probably will", etc.The process was simple, our requests were discussed and accepted, no slippery negotiating like EVERY other dealership we went to tried to do.We will return for all of our automotive needs and we will recommend you to everyone as a fair, honest "assistant buyer", not annoying and slick like others.

I was unable to obtain an appointment over the phone, but was headed out of town, so I pulled into the dealership to see if they could work me in & they did. Very welcoming and kind and good thing I did as they found a nail in 1 of my tires that needed to be patched as well. I was in & out in a very timely manner for a walk In appointment. Thank you so much for being so accommodating.

Great experience. Tyler was very patient. We went for several test drives and negotiated the price until it was one I was comfortable with. Everyone is so patient. The gentleman for finance is great! Very funny and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy again from them. Thank you Tyler!

Very nice and helpful they called and said I was approved found a car for me but the Mechanic's didn't like the way my trade ins engine sounded if I could come up with $1000. They could make it work or bring my cosigner in Monday they could do a lot more for me they were so concerned about me driving my trade in that's what I drove home in on fumes from Hudson oaks to mineral wells. Thanks for the bumms rush!! Back at Nissan on wed Dustin thanks for all the trouble you went to even managed to pick up my cosigner lil more payment than I was looking for but much newer and nicer vehicle just love it?thanks everyone
