Tyler or Taylor helped me buy a S23 Ultra and a S23, plus cases and wireless chargers. He was extremely helpful. Didn't rush me and was very professional. I was supposed to get a survey which normally I don't even bother with them but this time I wanted to fill it out but didn't get the text with it. So hopefully this gets to him because I'm pretty sure there's some sort of commission involved and I definitely want him to get his pay. Thanks again, bud!

Walked in the store after spending 8 hours on the phone, being hung up on by customer service and only SOS service to end up with no resolve. Andrew and Damien teamed up and got my phone rocking within 30 minutes. 10/10 Would definitely recommend

Thank you Sage and Tyler for the great customer service today. They did a great job at explaining our new phone plan options as well as the phone discounts we would be getting. It took quite awhile for our phones to transfer the info to our new phones but they happily talked to us while that happened. Thanks guys for a pleasant afternoon at the T-Mobile store! Lol

My boyfriend and I visited this store on Friday. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 7+ years and have always been pleased with the service I have received from various T-Mobile stores, but the manager and team member that assisted us at this location were beyond amazing. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and help us research different options that would work best for what we were looking for. Friendliest and most honest consumer transaction I have experienced. They were incredibly patient and we walked out immensely pleased T-Mobile customers. Will definitely be returning to this store in the future!

Carlos, Tyler, and Drew did a great job getting me all set with my new phone. Helped with set up and even applied my screen protector at no extra cost. Glad there's a more easily accessible second location in town.

We are switching from Sprint to T mobile because of the merger and were required to upgrade to 5G service. We couldn't be happier with the customer service at this store. Tyler, Timothy and Drew awesome. They were all knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, met all of our concerns and help us navigate the terrible customer service of Sprint. Thank You Guys.. Well Done !!
