My boyfriend and I visited this store on Friday. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 7+ years and have always been pleased with the service I have received from various T-Mobile stores, but the manager and team member that assisted us at this location were beyond amazing. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and help us research different options that would work best for what we were looking for. Friendliest and most honest consumer transaction I have experienced. They were incredibly patient and we walked out immensely pleased T-Mobile customers. Will definitely be returning to this store in the future!

Carlos, Tyler, and Drew did a great job getting me all set with my new phone. Helped with set up and even applied my screen protector at no extra cost. Glad there's a more easily accessible second location in town.

We are switching from Sprint to T mobile because of the merger and were required to upgrade to 5G service. We couldn't be happier with the customer service at this store. Tyler, Timothy and Drew awesome. They were all knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, met all of our concerns and help us navigate the terrible customer service of Sprint. Thank You Guys.. Well Done !!

Pressured us into getting a tablet and using my daughter as a pawn into getting it and then lied about how much it’s gonna cost a month and put insurance on it without asking me and then when trying to upgrade a phone he told us we had to pay off a phone in order to upgrade so we did and then turns around and says we didn’t have to pay off the phone and he couldn’t give us a refund. Horrible service and obviously horrible management

Sprint is making us get new phones for 5g service. Went here to get the "free" phone they are "giving away." Naturally they don't have any. Salesman had no idea what I was talking about. Went and got a supervisor who promptly walked out and helped another person who came in after me instead of his salesman and myself. Salesman knew nothing about this new phone or anything else like new contracts etc. Then the phone began ringing and he began helping that customer. I was there first. He asked for help and the "supervisor" didn't and then the phone call got service before me. Why bother going in! I can just call and do it all that way. Stupid waste of time. Why are ALL cell phones stores this badly managed? I loath going anywhere near one.

Before I leave my review I would like to comment on Henry Driver's post, I was in the store on this day and I'm sorry but you sir were very rude and hateful as was your wife. The manager had every right to ask you to leave and not come back especially after you referred to her as the "Mexican woman" who didn't know what she was doing to customer service. Next time you want to leave a bad review for the world to see maybe you should self evaluate and realize that not getting your way does not give you the right to be mean and hateful to the people trying to help you. I have used this location for a long time and this is by far the best manager and staff they have had. They are very nice, knowledgeable,and go out of their way to find solutions for their customers, and the manager is a very sweet young lady. I would definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends.

Stay away from this store. The manager in this store is the worst ever. She screams and gets so upset. I thought she was going to have a stroke or something. They had made so many mistakes and then when I was trying to get things corrected between the store and the home office she went ballistic. She told me to leave and never come back "she does not need to worry about that". The employees do not understand what is going on when T-Mobile does promotions and they get everything messed up. I was forever getting my billing straight after they did everything wrong from the beginning. I will wait to see if the home office got things corrected.

I purchased a new Apple watch the other day at this store. Tyler was so helpful and answered every question that I had to get exactly what I was looking for. I’m in love with my new watch! I will definitely be back here again and would recommend this store to friends and family.

The people that work in the store are Awesome.... they have been very helpful. My problem is since T-Mobile took over Sprint my IPad barely works in my music studio ... my iphone works but not very well....today I was at the tire shop and neither of me devices worked very well.... I mean places that Sprint always worked very well for me are not so good now..... I’m Very Disappointed in this network.... Joe Ward ....
